Great Stay as Usual! We stayed at the shadow Ridge enclaves in mid July 2024. We had a one bedroom condo fairly close to the pool with a nice golf course view that also included a nice pond that was inhabited by several geese and snapping turtles. This is our 13th year in a row visiting shadow Ridge and it didn’t disappoint. The room was nice and spacious, all the utensils for the kitchen were included. You would just need to ask the front office for barbecue utensils. I think one of the reasons we always come back is how friendly the staff is both to our children and to my wife and I. My wife and I always like to have a few drinks at the pool and we can always count on Guillermo, the bartender to make it extra special, he always remembers the guest names and just has 5 star customer service, not to mention he makes some mean drinks! I look forward to the next time visiting Shadow Ridge, and you will too!

Will not return Check in was a long process. Why do they ask for your phone number, email address and why are you there other than to mine your data. They need to give arm bands for the pool. The locals book one room and invite their 20 friends and family who unload from 1-2 cars and pick up next to the pool which is too crowded on the weekends. The room temperatures are limited in the summer and rooms are very hot at night.

Seating accommodation is less than sleeping accommodation. Long wait for call to service. Each unit has 1 king, 2 queen and fold-away beds. But the dining room has only 6 chairs. When asked for additional chairs, the service desk refused due to fire hazard. If a unit has so many sleeping spaces, why the resort didn’t design the layout to allow for more seating? When calling for chairs, the call was cut off twice and when finally connected it took 7 recycling of tape message, several rings. Service is poor (understaffed?). These are situations not brought out during meetings with marketing staff. No zero because the resort has nice amenities and the unit is well laid out.

Would go back! We had a 2 bedroom suite. Nice view of the course which is gorgeous. Kitchen well stocked and had condiments for coffee and small salt/pepper. Everything you’ll need to cook or serve is there Lots of living space - we had two couples there and were very happy. Lots of pools and amenities easy to order food. Not many options for breakfast - and no restaurant for dinner. Note - NO PETS!

Good not great Slow maintenance here. The hot tub at one of the pools was hot for a couple days then got quite a bit cooler. We talked to 3 different people over several days and it never got fixed. Very frustrating .. this was over the thanksgiving holiday time .
