Good choice in Panama City if beach is not where you need to be This was a great motel with really hard working staff to clean all the linens and towels and rooms by day, running all about. Kids (others') really enjoyed the pool, but quieted down after dark. A mix of families and tradesmen here, all nice people, friendly interaction of guests and staff. I didn't realize how completely different are PC and PC Beach, and I couldn't afford the rent at the Beach, though most of my business was over there. This was an excellent budget alternative.

Worst hotel ever Awful awful customer service. Horrible room. Better to sleep in your car then here. Kicking people out of the room after they pay. Shameful. How dare you? You should be disgraced. Ashamed and embarrassed. You don’t deserve to be in business.

Disgusting and unsafe I was trying to find an affordable hotel for vacation and even though this one still seemed overpriced, I went ahead and hoped for the best. Upon check in, I noticed that the staff gave me a reused card holder and during Coronavirus pandemic, that just seemed like a big no-no to me, but I moved past it. I went to the hotel room and tested the door only to find out that the chain had been removed and the deadbolt also unlocked with a key. I had to go buy an alarm for the door since it was so sketchy. The sheets smelled like they were never changed- stank beyond belief. The room wasn’t swept or mopped and we had to wear shoes unless we wanted the bottom of our feet to turn black from the nastiness on the floor. The day after we checked in, we had room service come in (which we didn’t want but there was no do not disturb sign available), and after we got back, my Birkenstock’s had been moved as if someone had tried them on. GROSS. The second night we stayed there, a couple of men were arguing and threatening each other outside our room for HOURS. The point that terrified me the most was when one man claimed to have a gun as a way to scare the other one. Keep in mind, the door is crap and barely locks. The next morning, I had my boyfriend shove everything we had into the suitcase and take everything to the car. When I went to the lady at the front desk and tried to check out and ask for a refund I was met with attitude and skepticism. She said to me “you checked in two days ago and you’re just now feeling unsafe?” With a look on her face. I said “I felt unsafe the first night I got here but last night was the last straw.” I asked for the refund and she said she would have to talk to her manager, which I’m pretty sure means no and she just wanted to get me out faster. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel stay The motel was under renovations but very clean. Our key didn’t work but front dest got it fixed very quickly. Due to virus, floors were cleaned and could smell freshness in the room. Staff was very friendly. Will probably stay here again when in area.

Just no... Not much availability in town because of repairmen & displaced residents from the recent hurricane, so this was our option. Very disappointing. Room was large & hot water was good, but everything else...not. Coat rack was hanging off the wall, outlet covers missing, outlets hanging out of the wall. Carpet was dirty, door looked like the loser in a fight. Breakfast not good, even for continental, breakfast area was only a corner of the very small lobby. Yet this was one of the most expensive rooms on our trip. Just not a pleasant place to stay.
