Good location in Parker. Property getting tired but the staff is great. Easy check-in with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean but is showing its age. The chaise in the room was very stained and not what I expect from the brand. Beds had pillows unlike anything I have seen and were basically half pillows...weird. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Ample parking and restaurants and stores are close by.

In Need of Renovation This is an older Hampton Inn that badly needs renovation. In our room, a large stain on the carpet unsettlingly resembled a body. However, the location and the service were pretty good. I can't recommend it based on the condition of the property.

Weary Dreary Once upon a time, Hampton Inns were slightly upscale to other chains for only a few dollars extra. In recent years I've seen a decline. At the Hampton Inn, Parker I may have seen bottom. Hampton Inn is crossed off my list of acceptable chains. If there is a way to skimp on maintenance, this hotel found it. Pay for a Hampton Inn and enjoy the college dorm room experience!

Not the best Hampton experience Exterior was well maintained. Property seemed fairly secure. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Room was okay. Clean and well maintained. There is no 'constant on' option for the PTAC fan for white noise and the temperature was at that point where neither A/C or heat was really needed. Bed was too firm for my taste. So, between the two, not the most restful sleep. Breakfast fell short of Hampton Inn standards. Biscuits were dry from being in the warmer too long but gravy was lukewarm at best. No breakfast potatoes or meat. Only white bread, plain bagels and blueberry muffins for breads. No bananas. All in all, not my best experience at a Hampton. Not terrible, just not good.

More like an old--unkempt--Motel 6; except Motel 6 would have a working hot tub. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced a Hampton in this low ranking of condition. In fact, the only thing I can say this hotel has going for it is Jim at the front desk. But I must also point out that much of my reason for even needing his service is my room type was switched from a king studio to a two queen standard—which I only found out about when opening the door to my assigned room. Jim was kind enough to get that corrected, but also perplexed as a similar issue had occurred with another guest shortly before. My room, once corrected, though seemingly maybe halfway updated in the last few years, was in abysmal condition. Out of two windows, the curtain would only open on one. The sofa was riddled with various stains, The walls were so thin you could hear full conversations from the adjoining rooms—as well as the sounds of showers being taken and toilets flushed. The ac/heating unit, right next to the bed, was quite loud turning on and off, and when taken in combination with all the hotel noise, made sleep a fruitless effort. Breakfast—I tried twice—once at 7am and again at 9am, in hopes that the lack of available food would be refreshed (it never seemed to be). There was a lonely muffin, maybe two, no other bread. The ‘western omelettes’ and sausage selections were empty. I saw most people just taking the boxes of cold cereal. I gave up, checked out and found breakfast elsewhere. While the price had been reasonable for this location, it should not be bearing any Hilton name until some much needed changes, cleaning, and care of the property is taken. I would highly suggest trying another hotel in the area—there was a Garden Inn a little farther away that may be a better option, depending on your needs.
