Quiet, clean and functional hotel near the office I chose the Hyatt House because it was quieter and had better ratings than the Sheraton next door where I stayed last time (and did not enjoy). The Hyatt House is quiet, the air con works very well, breakfast is simple but satisfactory, there is good wifi and there are three restaurants down the street (50-100 metres away from the entrance).

Stay away We had a poor experience with the stay at Hyatt. The room stank as it was poorly maintained. The bed covers, pillows were awfully dirty too. When we requested the house keeping person to replace them, she rejected the request stating that it was't her turn to clean our room - no flexibility. One of the days someone banged the door at night causing disturbance. In our absence, someone entered our room and left all the cabinets open and we had raised a complaint with the receptionist. I was checked out automatically on 29th June without any intimation. The keys were with us, bills were not settled. No one contacted us about the check-out. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend anyone from my organization to stay in Hyatt again.

Fire the first shift desk clerks!! Upon entering the Hyatt Parsippany we were not greeted at all. “Name? Check in is not until 3 PM”.However, I stated that the website said $20 for early check-in. Her check-in was like a robot, no personality. She just went through the specifics of the hotel. I came to the desk a bit later and purchased a beer and asked her for an opener. When she didn’t find one, she said “ Jesus Christ” grabbed her keys and went to the kitchen to find one. For the rest of my stay always interacting with the front desk was not a pleasant experience.
