Spacious clean room, comfortable bed The room is spacious with a king size bed, a desk, and two chairs. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner works well, but it is leaking under the unit in the room so we needed to keep a towel under it. There is room to walk a dog but it is an area 2-3 wide along a curb at the edge of the parking lot.

Tripadvisor reviews are paid for It is discussing. They do not clean the rooms. They just make the beds. Most of the hotels on 46 in Parsippany are bad, but the red roof in is the worst. There is no way, any one who staid here would give it a one. It not worth that much credit. the reviews on tripadvisor are clearly paid for. I think Tripadvisor, and the Red Roof in chain have some liability with the harm done to those having to stay here.

Shut it down and contact the police This place needs to be shut down. In the 3 months I stayed here on and off, we saw drug dealing and prostitution. The manager is clearly in on it. Stay away from this place. The cleaning staff is lazy and do the bare minimum bc roaches and rats are all over the place. Dirty syringes on the property.

Terrible So bad that my wife says I cannot book any Red Roof ever again. I was fooled by the overall score 4/5. If you look closer, you'll see all reviews from the last year are more like 1.5/5

AVOID LiKE.THE PLAGUE!!! Absolutely, positively filthy, unkept and poorly-maintained hotel. I posted a bunch of pictures on another site. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Dead bugs on floor, cobweb where ironing board hangs. Dirty sheets (I don’t believe they had been washed so just laid on top of bed. I should have left or slept in my car!! If not for the fact that it was a prepaid reservation and I couldn’t afford another room, I would definitely have left. There is never anyone at the check-in area. You have to knock and did this for 15-20 minutes before someone responded.
