Mattress Was Worst Like sleeping on the floor was the mattress. No places have inner spring anymore, but at least have padding. Check in was a hassle. Room numbers are not indicated outside, so its a guessing game. The place was quiet enough. Just providing required word count now.

Bring Your Own Cleaning Supplies I was traveling with my wife and my 5 year old visiting relatives in the area. On the 2nd night at hotel our 5 year brought something she found to us, a rusted open safety pin along with other things like used tissues and little items she found in the carpet. Next morning at 9AM, I stopped by the front desk and spoke the woman behind the counter explained what our daughter found and asked if they can send someone to clean our room and pay special attention to vacuuming the carpet and behind furniture and under bed since we found lots of garbage thrown around. The curt answer was "No, can't do it today it will be tomorrow". I thought may be she did not hear me when I said a rusted pin was on the carpet, so I repeated again, my 5 year old found a rusted pin and again, she said no not today, we are short staffed and we only have 2 cleaners. She can clearly see, that I'm a bit annoyed, so I said, so what you are saying is if I want a clean room I need to do it myself. her answer" I can give you a vacuum cleaner". The name of the prized employee of the month working at this hotel is Tatiana, then told me I'm done talking, speak to my manager. If management reads these remarks, she does not belong in the service industry!!!. Needless to say, never stay here again, never recommend this Quasi AIR BNB to anyone.

Stay Away We booked this hotel for the pool specifically, as my eldest teen had an event nearby, and we brought the whole family (other kids). I called before arriving, as I booked through Priceline, and I wanted to check everything was ok with reservation/facility. I was told all was ok, by the gentleman running the desk that evening. Upon arrival, the pool was indeed closed for the whole weekend. I was given 2 different stories of why and told they closed it that morning before I actually called. So, this now had me speculate that they closed the pool due to the New Year’s Eve holiday and not because something just happened that morning. They didn’t want an abundance of people using the pool, but it is quite unfair to those with families, and those that paid much higher prices during the holiday. Then, at 2:30 am someone was trying to get into our room and wouldn’t leave the door. We called the front desk and they had to escort the man away. Then, he came back again 9am, trying to get in again! My youngest son was terrified and the whole hotel experience was a disaster. We didn’t even want to have the breakfast there. We waited for my eldest, and wanted to just get out of there. Staff smiles and apologizes to your face, but does nothing to help rectify the situation. They said I had to speak to Priceline. I spoke to Priceline and they couldn’t even get the hotel to budge on any compensation. The hotel just wanted to offer me a coupon for a measly discount and I have to book directly with them again! Never, would I go back. I, then, called the next day again to speak to the Assistant Manager Francis, this time. He said he would talk to all the staff and get back to me right away. He never did, which I knew he wouldn’t. So, now I will escalate this further with corporate and my credit card company. Horrible situation and robbing people of their money in the process. Stay away from this hotel. Rooms aren’t even that clean. I will stick with Hilton.

Large comfortable rooms, good location We stayed here twice, 7 days apart, as a sort of halfway point on our road trip, the route we had taken meant it was extremely convenient as we looped round. Check in was good, when we mentioned to the receptionist about liking quiet rooms, he looked to see where we had been allocated and moved us, it was perfect. the room was spacious and clean with a separate sitting room with a kitchen in, a bedroom and a large bathroom. We found the breakfast the next morning a little odd, maybe it was us just missing something? There were sausage and egg muffins in a hot covered bowl but they were cold. Tried telling the waitress as we weren't sure if we were supposed to microwave them but she didn't understand what we were saying. My husband microwaved his but I played it safe with toast and fruit! As i said, maybe it was us, but a little help would have been welcome. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and in a good location. Just across the car park was Tommys Tap and Tavern so it was nice to have somewhere we could walk to for a couple of drinks and a meal

Would have given a better review BUT I liked the layout of the two bedroom suite with a separate bathroom within each bedroom BUT there is no safety bar in the bathtub - nothing to hold onto getting in or out. There is nothing on the bottom of the tub from slipping as well. I did start to slip coming out and fortunately landed on the rim of the tub. There must be federal or state regulations regarding this unsafe condition. Never thought to ask if their bath tubs had a safety rail - something that should be expected in all hotels/motels. Also there was a strong smell of dog urine near one of the beds.
