needs sound proofing, and a visit from Hotels Impossable in the room you can hear traffic noise as if you are standing next to the highway. noisy neighbors can be heard through the walls. beds are foam top and dated, saggy and keep your body heat. some rooms have a bed and a sofa bed. the sofa bed has a metal bar that presses into the middle of your back through the mattress.

KEEP DRIVING TO ANOTHER MOTEL! Do NOT stay at this motel! Keep driving & there are more motels a few minutes away. Anything is better than this one! First of all, it’s in a rough neighbourhood, sketchy people everywhere! The motel clerk also doubles as the Shell gas station ⛽️ cashier, you actually have to check in there at the gas station. You get in the room & it’s old & smelly, not very clean & you just don’t even want to sit on anything cuz who knows what’s on it. Wifi is included, but good luck getting it to work! The really old TV _ only gets maybe 2 stations. Then, to add a cherry _ on the top, the clerk who came on duty PHONED OUR ROOM AT 4:15 am TO ASK HOW WE PAID FOR THE ROOM!! Woke us up with no regard that it was the middle of the night. Called back A SECOND TIME when we didn’t answer the first call cuz WE WERE SLEEPING!! ____ !! By then, all 3 of us were awake so we just packed up & left. Expensive room considering it was such a lousy motel. Worst one I’ve ever stayed in! Only reason we stayed is cuz we were so tired from hours of driving & didn’t realize there were many more motels just minutes away. Best advice I can give you is to KEEP DRIVING PAST THIS MOTEL!!

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY I was traveling with friends and stayed here for a night. Excellent location and value for money. We had facility of gas station and fast food. It was easy excess on 395 Pasco. Staff very helpful and caring. Will go there next time in the area. Cheers guys

Clean room Clean rooms, polite staff, didn’t have a pool or breakfast but I didn’t have any issues during my stay. Price was incredibly fair and the room was spacious. Close to a couple fast food restaurants and just off the highway

Passing through on my way to Spokane stoped at this truck stop motel I'm self employed and travel on business a lot so when I found this truck stop gem I was tickled cause every dollar I don't spend on motels is a dollar that stays in my pocket. At $49 plus tax it was a great value. The room was bigger than a motel six. It was clean and didn't smell ( I stayed in non-smoking ) The fridge worked as did the tv and microwave. Free coffee in the morning at the mini mart across the parking lot. There is a sit down truck stop restaurant/ lounge across a street and a subway and burgerKing on the corner. The wi-fi is free. Best part besides the price is the location which is just heading out of Pasco on 395 easy on and off the freeway heading North. The downside ...The door lock was quirky. I had to get the guy from the mini mart ( that's where one checks in ) to walk over and show me I had to lift up on the key and pull slightly back to get the lock to work. I thought, " Wouldn't it be easier to just fix the lock?" Check in is in a dingy little room where the check in window is the back side of the mini market cashier area. Another oddity was on Trip advisor the motel was $59 but I was not able to book online because of some "error" anyway when I went in in person to check in the price was $49, $10 dollars less. I read the other reviews. I guess I'm the only guy who likes this place. But next time I'm in the Tri cities area I'll be staying there.
