Great experience Employees were nice, pool was clean and plenty of towels. Was a little chilly but not bad. The room was huge, bed was set up high kingsize, only downfall was tiny tv way across room could barely see it. Volume had to be turned up due to so far away. The jetted tub was great for my daughter who is 6 months pregnant. It was lovely. The breakfast was great. Muffins, delicious strawberry waffles, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, toast, biscuits, gravy, cowboy fried potatoes and eggs and sausage. Coffee was really good and variety of juice. Overall, was quiet no disturbances near us and felt safe! Thank you for a good girls night experience.

From bad to worse. We reserved room for 3 adults for 4 days. My wife and I are in our 80's and son in his 60's. Room is not made for senior citizens. Bathroom door was warped and would not shut, beds were extremely uncomfortable. Due to a hurricane about to hit Houston, Tx. We had to leave a day early. A rebate for the extra day was placed in our bank account but before it could be deposited it was withdrawn witch I believed to be very tacky and dishonest as the manager the day we left said there would be a rebate for the 4th day. I won't get into the breakfast offered but I do recommend going to if no other place is available then to a McDonalds. We will not ever stay at a Comfort Inn again. Dates of reservation were from 3 to 6 July 2024. We left the morning of the 6th and the hurricane hit us in Houston on the 7th. At least we were here to take care of our house and the resultant loss of electricity

Worst Hotel and Staff/Owner in Oklahoma This was the worst hotel experience ever. I reserved rooms online and drove two hours, only to be refused check-in for my family on Father's Day. The owner or manager was incredibly rude and refused to provide information or listen the reservation issue. I am filing a report with Choice Hotels and the Better Business Bureau, and exploring other options for addressing this issue. While leaving, after waiting and trying to get assistance from Choice Hotels, the owner or manager—who never provided his name or any information—came to my vehicle window. He claimed they found the reservation issue and would have resolved it, but blamed me for the problem. This is unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they have paid for two rooms for a special occasion like Father's Day. As an owner or manager, it's your duty to treat customers with respect and address issues professionally, not to yell and refuse service when they're trying to explain the situation. If you have the choice between this hotel and abandoned by the river, choose the abandoned van.

Nice room considering the price Good location next to the interstate and easy to find. Great prices. Clean rooms but very average decor. Breakfast was no better than just average but that is all I would expect for the price of the rooms.

Disgusting hotel room. The room felt damp, the A/C kept freezing up, the shower had some sort of leak. Whomever changed sheets had to be shedding as we found several black hairs on the bed sheets. The office chair looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster as it was torn up/worn out. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs wasn’t cooked properly, neither was the pork sausage and gravy was as running as thinned milk. The coffee smelt like cigarette smoke. The hotel Management hasn’t issued a refund and Choice Hotel Corporate only makes excuses why they cannot help with refund, then hangs up on me. So to say the least, will not be staying there again.
