Terrible customer service, employees who threaten guests with physical violence. We have stayed at this hotel twice a year for the past 8 years. We are rewards members. We will NEVER stay at this or any other Best Western property again. We had a reservation for Thursday & Friday nights 7/18 & 7/19. Needed to cancel Thurs. 7/18 due to work. They cancelled Friday instead of Thursday. We made them aware of their mistake. Checked in on 7/19 & were charged a new, much higher fee for Friday because we "rebooked" Friday. It was rebooked due to their incompetence. THEY CANCELLED our Friday reservation! Emmanual at the front desk was rude, disrespectful and put up his fists, punching, stepping back from the counter and threatening my wife saying "ya want to go at it?!" We had our kids with us, nowhere to stay, forced to pay. Immediately got on the phone with customer service. Was told if we don't hear from them by Wednesday to call. Of course we had to call them. Their response? We apologize for our employee's threatening behavior, but the fee is the fee because you rebooked. It was rebooked because of their employee's incompetence! Terrible customer service and threatening behavior acceptable by corporate. My recommendation.....stay away from Best Western.

6 night stay with two rooms no room service; dirty hotel; unfriendly; luke warm food; items in bathroom broken & dirty; air conditioning great.

Nice stay I stayed here over the weekend and was very impressed with the cleanliness both inside and out. The rooms are clean and nicely put together. The pool area was nice as well. The staff is amazingly efficient, polite and welcoming.

Great experience! Everything was excellent from the check in! Friendly, helpful- excellent breakfast and service-exceptionally clean room and bath. Had a king bed with sofa and a fantastic bed! Enjoyed the in room coffee and tea as well. Only thing missing was a hot tub. HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will return!
