Incredibly Bad Customer Service As a 76-year old, I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels. This hotel was the worst customer service of any I have encountered. On a Friday morning, the only person with whom I could speak (or so I was told) was not a manager, and the manager would not be in until Monday. There were other details that were deal-breakers for this hotel, for me, but the fact that customer has no access to anyone above a desk clerk, in an attempt to discuss an issue, was enough for me to want to warn others. Find a different place if you can at all.

YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOTEL (THANK YOU CRYSTAL & FRANK)...!!! Our 3rd visit here and we are overwhelmed at how beautifully-run it is every time. The instant you walk in, there’s a warm greeting probably from Crystal — and you’ll get it again on checkout, perhaps from night man Frank who somehow stays cheerful all night long. The place is spotless, there’s lighted parking that goes on forever, giant indoor jacuzzi/pool with tons of towels, fitness room with a doctor’s scale, windows that open for a breeze with incredible views and wait until you tuck into the generous and bountiful breakfast. You name it, you’ll be enjoying it: hot cheese-egg pockets, fried eggs, biscuits, toasts/bagels, Chobani yogurts, little 2% milk cartons, delicious icy cinnamon buns, green apples/oranges/bananas. Get the picture? Yes, you will be fed here. Which is why you will also want to come back again and again, as we do. Thanks for keeping it the best in town, Crystal & Frank and all the other wonderful staffers.

Welcoming, Comfy Beds & Delicious Breakfast Bar First, the bed was the most comfy bed that I have slept in at a hotel, and a great nights rest. Stayed with family for a girls trip and the room was sparkling clean, with two queen beds, table with chairs for two and ample room where you could have brought in a rollaway bed (not sure if that is offered there, but this room spacious enough for that, or extra luggage. The linens and towels very clean as well as the bathroom. The room had a refrigerator and TV in the room, and charging plugs on the lamps for cell phones. The hotel offers a swimming pool and the pool was clean, water clear, well maintained. Breakfast Bar in the morning offered hot eggs, sausage patties both pork and turkey sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, breads and pastries, hot oatmeal, yogurts, milk, juices, cereals, fresh fruit apples, bananas, toppings for oatmeal and cereal, coffees and teas. All ages were enjoying their breakfasts. Finally, The staff at check-in were so friendly, like we had known them forever - one of the ample reasons we will be back. Thank you for your warm Pendleton hospitality!

Filthy, needs major renovation Horrible stench in room (like stinky feet), mildew/mold in shower, filthy shower head, outdated decor, overdue for a major renovation. Made the mistake of using points before seeing the room and front-desk Karen said points were non-refundable.

BACK AGAIN — AND LOVE THIS PLACE JUST AS MUCH AS LAST TIME…!!! If you’re passing through Pendleton — this is where you want to be. This hotel is perfectly run, with amazing staffers like GM Paranbir, Manager Crystal and especially night-man Frank who keeps the place sparkling clean, safe and secure at all hours. There is well lighted parking galore, a giant indoor swimming pool, fitness room (no free weights, but machines, doctor’s scale and water dispenser. And breakfast is fantastic: omelettes (even egg whites only), sausage, pancakes, Chobani yogurts, little 2% milk cartons, bananas/apples/oranges and lots more. We had a 2-Queen with Additional Living Space and it is very large, with a bat tub, wet bar, oversized min-refrigerator with freezer and screened windows that open for a breeze. Thanks again, Holiday Inn Express staff — you are the very best in town! See you again for sure.
