Awesome Wonderful stay- can’t say enough good things about this downtown gem. We loved the complimentary happy hour- the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is awesome- walk to all the restaurants/music/waterfront. We will definitely stay here again….

Stay away!Terrible place to stay! Do not stay here! It is not what is pictured and advertised. It looks like a cute older hotel that has been completely renovated but thay is not the case. The lobby and outside area are cute and clean looking. The rooms however are a different story. Not sure how this hotel has any stars at all! We stayed in room 106 on 07/22/2023. We checked in and dropped off our bags around 5:30. We didn't return until around 10:30. When we returned we realized the room wasn't as good as we thought. There was bugs in the shower, mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the bathroom tile was dirty. My husband tried to notify the front desk but the door was locked. Everything else was booked up so we had no choice but to stay since we are from out of town. The main room seamed clean so we tried to get some sleep. The mattresses were old and extremely worn out. Woke up about 2:30 and a roach was crawling up the wall. I took pictures of all of this. I told the woman at the front desk at checkout and all she wanted to do was say that the front desk is open all the time (which it wasnt!)and we should have come told them last night. (We tried!) No offer to refund our money or do anything to make it right! Horrible hotel! Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!

A Gem in Downtown Pensacola Firstly The Staff, everyone was so accommodating, welcoming and If I asked for anything it was done with a smile and maximum efficiency. The housekeeping staff made me feel as if I was at a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness was top notch. Round the clock coffee, bottled water and tea. Evening snacks and beverages where a definite plus. The fountain and patio seating area was beautifully kept and clean. Proximity to all the downtown restaurants, bars and local attractions was a big plus as well. Huge shout out to the GM Mike and the night manager Justin for making our trip memorable and their recommendations were always accepted and enjoyed our stay so much more due to the local knowledge. Thanks again guys!!!!! See y’all soon!!!

5 star stay! Needed a one night stay to attend a graduation at the Bay Center in downtown Pensacola. Made my reservation on the phone with an on-site guy, easy peasy! Great rate for downtown, historic district outside my door. Safe, exceptionally clean, adorable room. I’d stay there 100 times again if needed!

Above and beyond Amazing customer service and employees. I would not hesitate to stay here while visiting Pensacola in the future. Great area with lots of fun things to do for every member of the family. Very welcoming and accommodating.
