Nice place We’re local; the ac went out at the house and with 110° temps, we booked ourselves a room _ the hotel is really nice! Yes, it’s older and could maybe use a lil refresh (couldn’t we all) however the room and bathroom were large and clean. The room has a microwave and nice sized frig. The pool is on the smaller side but certainly big enough. Yes, it’s right next to the freeway. The only time I heard it was while I was at the pool. I was really excited to see there’s an ihop right next door UNTIL I saw the hotel breakfast. Wow! Eggs, bacon, sausage (patties and links) waffles plus all the muffins, cereals yogurt fruit etc. something for everyone. The only thing I might like to see is a larger tv in the room. Once repaired, I’m hoping my ac doesn’t go out for a long time but if I ever need a room, I’ll be back here.

Not a typical comfort suites I am a platinum member with choice hotel. I was local. My A/C broke and could not stay home. I love comfort suite so decided to stay here. I will never stay there again. It's embarrassing to my home town. It is not a typical comfort suites. I stayed in many of them in past. It's very run down and need TLC. There are dented walls/ ceilings in my room. Black spots on the floor. No covering on one electric outlets. Chip paint on doors and walls. Dusty vents in bathroom, the mirror was not cleans, hand prints all over the mirror, very stained sofa bed mattress, lipstick on the pillowcase, lightly stain comforter. The hotel looks very old and wore out. Elevator is no exception- nasty floor- taped up buttons. At breakfast, very little food selection. One bad thing is the gallon milk was NOT on ice, was not in refrigerator, was not in insulated container. It was just sitting out on counter getting warm. And refused to drink it. We said something to the breakfast sever, she did not care. Only thing I like was the housekeeper was good to my child. She made my son bed and she did something cute with the stuffed animals. That made us smile. Good area spot! It's close to bell road. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment near by!!

Poor management We stayed for two nights at this hotel, catching Mariners spring training. We specifically chose this hotel, due to the fact that it had a pool and a fitness center. Upon arrival we found that all of the machines in the fitness room were broken and there were only a 10 pound set of weight in a 30 pound set. When I went to speak to the manager, he was constantly texting on his phone. He appeared un interested and said they were supposed to be getting fixed. Later I noticed online there were other reviews about this very thing, and they have been broken for sometime. I was not offered an apology or any incentive to return. Won’t be using this chain in the future. I will be sure to tell all my friends thinking of attending spring training, not to book this hotel

Ok for a last minute booking We booked this hotel at the last minute, so there were not very many other choices as the other hotels were all booked up. Gave it chance despite the reviews. Check in was smooth, employee was very friendly. The room was clean, but unfortunately faced the highway, so the noise was never ending of cars all night long! Then woke up to the gardeners using the blowers at 730am right out our window. The hot tub was luke warm, not hot enough to relax. Breakfast was ok, no flavor to speak of, but it was free. All in all, not a bad place for a last-minute room, but I will not stay there again.

Lives up to Comfort Suites standards! This was a last-minute booking on our road trip from Minnesota to an Airbnb house in Sun City, AZ. We were originally going to stay overnight in Flagstaff, AZ, but, due to a snowstorm, we changed our plans and booked here. In our experiences, Comfort Suites has provided good, comfortable, clean accommodations. This hotel was no exception. All in all, the staff, was pleasant, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious (although showed a wee bit of wear), and we got a good night's sleep. What more could a weary travels ask? Thank you!
