Nasty place The rooms had cockroaches and burn holes on all the bedding. The pool was freezing cold. For breakfast they had nothing to eat except rotten fruit and no coffee or juice available. I asked for more shampoo and towels and they said they didnt have anything clean and she could ask hohsekeeping but they like to limit amount of stuff for free. I spoke to the manager the next day and he said he would refund 1/2 of what i paid and he did not. Said they are closing for "rennovations" to take care of the bugs they are aware.. Never again will i stay here!

Sad The hotel is dated, dirty, and seems to be understaffed. Upon checking in there was only one person working, and I waited in a line for about 30 minutes. Once it was my turn, the lady working was very pleasant and helpful. Going up to our room the hotel smelled smoky and was very dingy and dirty. On our walk down the hallway to our room we were dropped on by the leaking roof that was missing ceiling tiles- in multiple places. Couldn’t find a working ice machine. Our room would’ve been nice although dated considering the price except it was dirty, as in over the years it hasn’t been deeply cleaned on a regular basis ie dirt, bugs, dust, stuff on the walls...The heating/cooling unit smelled terrible, like something was burning, probably due to age. Towels were threadbare and smelled funny. Bed was actually pretty comfortable, the sheets and blanket were clean but full of holes. We ordered food and needed silverware, went down to the front desk to get some, the person working the front desk was not very helpful but did direct us to the bar/restaurant area. There was no bartender/wait staff to be found, there were about 6-7 people at the bar having drinks and they informed me they hadn’t seen the bartender for awhile and told me “good luck trying to get anything, the service here is terrible”. I waited for about 20 minutes. With no luck finding a bartender, I eventually just walked behind the bar and found the silverware myself and took it back to my room, finally my family got to eat our now cold dinner. The next morning we went down for breakfast at 7:30 only to find almost everything gone, after waiting we realized it was not going to be refilled- so much for free breakfast! We ended up leaving to go buy breakfast elsewhere. This happened the second day as well, although we did go down a bit later, around 8:30. I have never had a hotel offer breakfast before and then not have it! The pool area was nice and the kids had fun swimming, the hot tub was covered with a cover and topped with a table and chairs so assuming it was broken, that was disappointing. This hotel seemed like it used to be a great hotel, once upon a time but seems to be falling apart due to neglect. So sad as this seems like it could be a great place for families to stay! I would definitely not book this hotel again nor recommend it. Please fix up your hotel!!

Would not stay again! When we arrived in the late afternoon, there was a large pile of dirty linens and trash bag in the hallway next to our room door. We mentioned this to the front desk. The mess was still in the hallway at 11:30PM after our event. A 3' section of the bathroom ceiling tiles were stained from a leaking air / heat (?) unit. A very unpleasant stay. Positive note - The front desk and staff were friendly.
