Beautiful stay and brilliant service We booked a one bedroom apartment for a week and we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment that was amazing. The service and welcome were outstanding from the check in (when Gerta explained how to make the best of our stay at AKA) to the check out (when Wister kept our luggage safe and welcomed us in the common areas while waiting to go to the airport). Paul was also incredible as he came promptly to resolve a problem with wi-fi and printed out our tests and documents for travelling. The room itself was beautifully furnished with a fully functioning large kitchen and its own washer/dryer. There was an area for working which was fantastic as we had quite some work to do. We had a view of Rittenhouse square which was lovely, but this also came at the cost of noise from outside: AKA is in the middle of all activities, parties and fun. It gets quieter during the working week, but I suggest higher floors and a room not overlooking Walnut street if you do not plan to join in the parties. The apartment had its own (very fast) wi-fi which was password protected. I enjoyed the library on the last day and there is a large gym which we also visited. There is no doubt we will consider AKA for our next stay both in Philadelphia and elsewhere. Last but not least: the a.kitchen restaurant at AKA Rittenhouse is fantastic: glorious food and splendid service (the chef made something that was not on the menu for us!). I miss it all already.

Outstanding! We cannot say enough good things about the staff at the AKARittenhouse, as well as the hotel facilities. Ryan, Gerta, Jonathon, Wooster, and Ron have all been incredibly friendly, helpful, and, overall, the definition of professional during our multiple stays at the hotel. All questions have been answered with the opening statement “Of course we can accommodate that ...”. We have been so impressed that we have recommended this hotel to our extended family, many of whom have stayed here and had the same wonderful service. And the location of the hotel right by Rittenhouse Park and all it has to offer can’t be beat. If you are staying I. Philly, this is the place to stay!

Amazing stay at AKA rittenhouse! My husband and I had an excellent stay at AKA Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia - the building and apartment were very clean/modern and the amenities were great. We stayed long term in the building and really enjoyed our time. Most importantly, the team at AKA including Ryan, Gerta, Tiffany, and Jonathan were wonderful. We look forward to staying there again someday! Would highly recommend!

Amazing property and Location We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 days. The property is in an unbeatable location with plenty of restaurants and stores walking distance. The suite was new and beautiful appointed with nice linens and furniture. Each side of bed USB, power and USB-C to plug electronics. Shower pressure was one of the best I've had in any hotel in the US. Greta in front desk was very helpful with tips for visiting the city.

Our New Go To Place! Though we live in the Philadelphia area, we treated ourselves to a few days downtown to relax after a long difficult year. What a wonderful experience! Close to great restaurants and the park! We enjoyed just relaxing in our beautiful apartment as well as being close to so many interesting places. Wonderful and helpful staff are there for whatever you need!
