A Weekend in Philly I really enjoyed my stay. The room was a decent size with a great city view. This was my first stay at autograph hotels by Marriott before and I like the style of this brand. . The staff was helpful overall a great hotel.

Great location We really enjoyed our stay. The room was decent size for a city. The beds be were comfortable. Don't use the valet. We used spot hero be and walked 2 mins from the hotel. It doesn't allow in and out privileges so I booked each day as a separate parking renovation. Saved $100 that way. I would stay here again. The hotel is down the street from trader Joe's which was a bonus

Hotel Amazing - Bar NOT I wish I could remember the name of the person who checked us in because she was wonderful. Hotel has a great location, room was terrific and has a nice vibe. The ONLY complaint is the hotel bar. They couldn't handle the volume and if your going to charge $17.00 for a drink, the elements of that drink should be as described in the menu. Saying that we don't have that really isn't in the spirit of service while still being charged full boat. The drinks were not on par with what a decent bar should be serving at the price point they ask.

Great Views and Great Location for Philadelphia Visit. I was a little wary of staying at an Autograph property because they can be a little grumpy, stingy, (or pick your own negative adjective), when it comes to honoring Bonvoy elite program benefits. However in this case we were able to use Titanium suite nights to upgrade to a “studio” suite. While only one room, it had great views and was a large space for our stay. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and some of the attractions. I’m usually disappointed with the free elite benefits breakfast options outside of the core Marriott hotels. While not great, it was ok at this property. You had three choices ((1)continental, (2)pancakes, (3)OR eggs, toast, potatoes, and bacon) of a fairly substantive breakfast with coffee and juice. Service was also good. A couple of minor annoyances to pass along for you to consider/ prepare accordingly. HBO did not work the entire time. While not offered in the published amenities list there are no robes. For me this is a nice amenity, and I just assumed at this price point, but I don’t blame the hotel, since they never promised one, but if you like having a robe you may want to pack one. As a final tip, consider skipping valet parking and think about parking your car in a nearby garage. We used the SpotHero app and saved even more than the published, garage rates. The total garage price was about $30 for three days! However, you may need to do valet parking if you plan on driving your car during your stay. For us, walking or Uber/Lyft was a more convenient option and saved over $100. Would we stay again? Yes, given the room size, view, and location, this is a solid choice for visiting Philadelphia in a comfortable environment.

Great Hotel, STILL Limited Service This is a beautiful, old hotel in the heart of Philadelphia. Great location. We’ve stayed at autograph hotels by Marriott before and like the style of this brand. It has an old but modern feel. We booked a corner room and we have a great view of city hall. And the first night we enjoyed drinks at the bar with a delicious breakfast and great service on a limited menu at the restaurant. One pretty significant disappointment is the hotel seems to be behind the curve relating to COVID. It’s June 23rd, the city and the rest of the country is open and the restaurant and bar are only open a couple of days of the week. Three weeks ago we stayed at an Autograph hotel in downtown Cincinnati and their bar and restaurant were open with a full menu. It would have been nice to have a box breakfast option etc. Maybe it’s a staffing issue but that was a disappointment for a hotel of this quality and price point. Right now, because if the limited service, I’d give it three stars.
