DO NOT STAY HERE THIS SUMMER Great location BUT do not stay here right now, the hotel's elevator is under construction and you will either get stuck on the elevator or have to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs. If you want to get your steps in by all means, BUT if you have someone who is older or not physically capable like I have this will make things very difficult. No apology from the front desk, just an excuse that the engineers are involved. DO NOT STAY HERE this summer, wait until the renovations have been completed. I wish I would have booked the Inn at Penn. Manager we are still here, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss. This is not okay.

Five Star Service Checked into the hotel on Monday morning as I was in town for business for a couple of days. On Monday night I was looking for a place to eat spoke with Kassidy at the front desk. She couldn’t have been more helpful! After discussing several options, she actually went online and booked a reservation for us at the restaurant on Open Table. As I am not that computer literate, I was unable to request an Uber from my application but again she offered to assist and booked an Uber for me on my phone. She was super friendly right from the start and made this business trip feel like I was home away from home. Thank you Kassidy for your outstanding service!

Avoid this hotel Check in went ok, got to the room and one of the keys did not work. Went back down and got new key, then the other key did not work. Had to go down a 2nd time to get two new keys. Refrigerator did not work and the multi plug receptor on the night stand did not work. Had to plug phone in across the room. Old faucets in bathroom, felt like they could fall apart at any moment. Was staying there bc my daughter was having early surgery at CHOP. Front desk made a reservation for a Taxi at 5:15am. They said the company was 100% reliable. 5:15 came, not taxi. 5:30 came, no taxi. Taxi never showed. Avoid this hotel!!

Great Experience staying here. I've stayed here twice to visit a relative in the U Penn Hospital. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Nice selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. Very safe part of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Doctor’s Appointment We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton University. After a long drive, Ron was super helpful and a kind person. Our daughters was surprised when they saw our suite! Everything was clean and disinfected and the room service lady was so nice. We recommend this hotel.
