Below Westin quality Overall very average and not what I would expect from a Westin. Rooms are extremely dated and service was poor. The only nice thing was the gym. Food and towels were left in the hallway for days - seems like they either are lacking staff or existing staff isn’t trained very well.

Not good, I expected Westin to be better Stayed for 8 nights - room is old and services are slow. towel was not cleaned with a huge gross thing (like a gum) on it. They even knocked on my door at 11:30pm to deliver an ice bucket which I didn't request! Westin you need to make sure your staff is well trained and your quality assurance is done properly.

Felt like ghost town to me Felt like ghost town No restaurant for breakfast. Only room service for room service price Arrived at 6am, no valet parking. Go park your car. The valet arrive later in the day. If you cant open the whole place. Keep it closed. For $200 i expect something more lively

Meh Perhaps in non-pandemic times the hotel would be more appealing, but it was just so quiet and empty feeling. Pros: the staff were all very nice; comfortable bed and nice shower Cons: no in-room refrigerator or microwave or coffee supplies; hotel restaurant and bar closed during the week and multiple elevators required to get to the street makes you feel kind of isolated; a quick breakfast is a challenge due to all above mentioned factors (unless you want to order the insanely expensive room service); Marriot member general room requests seemed to be ignored (I requested away from elevator and extra pillows and ended up very close to elevator and no extras- I can't imagine this was because they were full, the hotel seemed pretty empty); room had trash tucked behind the throw pillow on the chair so it makes you wonder how thoroughly the room was cleaned.

Do not host your wedding block here! Excessive hidden fees and do not honor online rates We booked a room block for our wedding here this past weekend. We stayed in the Presidential Suite. We had multiple extra unforseen charges that would make me warn anyone from doing the same for their wedding. 1) $250 deep cleaning fee for confetti that was not told to us until after the wedding and ridiculous for the amount of confetti we popped (one bottle, large pieces that we could have vacuumed in 15 min if I knew they were going to charge this). It was almost the price of the entire suite. I spoke to the manager Karim Ware who was not willing to decrease the rate. Popping confetti in bridal suites is extremely common for bridal suite photos and when asked about this at other hotels nobody had any issue for it so I'm shocked that they charged this here and were not willing to budge on the fee. Karim said part of the fee was also due to moving furniture around (since when is this an additional fee?) 2) Advertising rooms on 3rd party sites and not honoring the reservations -- my parents booked a 2 bedroom double bed room online LastMinuteTravel.com with the voucher as proof. The hotel didn't have this in their inventory despite it being advertised online and having the printed voucher which is false advertising. They forced my parents to pay for 2 king rooms instead, which was double the price. I would think they would just give 2 king rooms for the 2 bed price we already paid with the voucher given that this is not our mistake and explicitly writes that it's for a 2 double bed room on the voucher, but they instead forced us to pay double for two rooms that nobody wanted. Karim was also unwilling to make an exception for this. 3) Room mishaps with other guest rooms -- ex. a family friend reserved a one bedroom suite online and had to argue at the front desk to get it as they said she only reserved a regular king suite. This was just an additional stressor we had to email about the night before our wedding. 4) Throughout the weekend, several guests said there was no one at the front desk picking up phone calls. I myself faced the same issue and spent a lot of time trying to get simple things brought up because no one was picking up. Overall, the suite was beautiful but the extra fees and customer service were not. I would not recommend this hotel at all as we ended up paying significantly more than we anticipated and customer service was poor.
