Will never stay again Arrived on a Friday afternoon - March 26th 2021 about 12pm with a reservation and was told no rooms were available and to come back in an hour. Returned at 1:20pm and was assigned room 140. Drove around the bldg and there was some homeless woman with a bunch of luggage sitting on the curb talking on a phone. Got to the room and deposited all of our belongings that we brought with us. Turned on the TV and nothing. Used the bathroom and the toilet was plugged. Called the front desk and they sent over a tech who spoke little English but fixed the problem. He had to return a second time to put in a lightbulb in one of the lamps because there wasn't one. Wife and I decided to use the hot tub - the gate to the pool area closest to us was locked so we had to walk around to the other side of the pool and use that gate. There was a container which should have contained towels for pool use but it was empty so I had to return to my room to get additional towels. There were only 2 towels supplied to the room originally so I used those two. Returned to the hot tub area and activated the hot tub and it was lukewarm. Sat in it for about 1 cycle and returned to our room and had to obtain 2 new towels from housekeeping. Activated the heater in the room because it was cold and windy outside and the heater ran for 3 hours and did not heat the room. Called maintenance and they said they would have to move us to another room. We packed up all our stuff, loaded it into the car - noticed that the homeless woman we encountered upon arrival, was now curled up in the ice/vending machine room in the corridor - and drove around the complex to the main desk where we were reassigned to room 111 with no apology from the clerk on duty. Got into the room and unloaded all our stuff a second time. Observed that the dead bolt on the door worked but the apparatus that is supposed to keep the door from opening if the dead bolt was not activated was pulling away from the steel frame and was worthless and would not have stopped a toddler from getting into my room. We spent the night there and went to get the "brown bag breakfast" the next morning consisting of an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, a blueberry muffin and a cookie. There were no bags to place the food in so I had to stuff some of it in my pocket since I was getting my wife her breakfast also. Used the microwave to heat up the sandwich and it was like shoe leather after 1 minute and my wife threw it away. I have been a Choice Privilege card member for many years but really made a "bad choice" on this motel stay. It will take a lot of work on the part of the motel management to get me to stay at this motel in the future.

Ain't nothing "quality" about this hotel Originally planned to stay here 5 nights... Left after the 1st. Stained sheets, bathrooms looked like hell, bedding was poor, no smoking rule isn't enforced. Woke up to bathroom smelling like weed, which is still illegal in Arizona, no shuttle to airport "due to COVID" and they claim they will pay you for, after jumping through some hoops. Free breakfast is a joke. Gave them a 1 out of 5, because I can't give them a 0. Please don't come here, don't waist your time, absolutely awful... If I hadn't stayed in other Quality inns before, this would have been my last.

Don't be seduced by low price We've stayed at lots of QI's across the country, and we've stayed at this location many times because of the location. However, this trip was a nightmare. In the room, the vent cover near the door was missing and the one over the tub was black with mold. We could smell stale smoke coming into the room through the bathroom vent. The entire hotel was out of soap! ("It's on backorder.") Really? Go to the Walmart a half mile away and get the paying guests some soap, for Pete's sake. Also, the front desk person could only access toilet paper during housekeeping hours. ("Come back in the morning after 8:30.") NO housekeeping in the room due to Covid. If we wanted clean sheets, we could find a housekeeper, exchange dirty for new, and remake the bed ourselves. Not on your life. Underneath the bed was filthy - including a previous guest's twinkie. Most parking lot lights were not working, and a lot of shady business seemed to be going on. The smell of weed (not legal in AZ) was pervasive. Only one of two elevators was working. Etc., etc.

Nope I would not recommend this Quality Inn. We stay in QI hotels all over the country, but this one...never again. We had to walk a good deal to get to our room. Parking near our room - nope. The room was not dirty, but not especially clean either. Bed was not all that comfy either. I tried hard to find something positive to say - but I can't. That said, I always get email requests to rate the hotel from Choice hotels . I didn't get one for this place - I think that says it all.

Worst “Hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. I dont usually write reviews but I felt compelled to share. When we entered the room the bed had no covers and one mini pillow that was dirty and wrinkled. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The carpets were incredibly filthy with black stains and streaks. We called the front desk and they gave us a different room. The other room was just as bad but this one had dog piss spots and smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. The sink was clogged and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillows. Not to mention they were completely wrinkled We slept without pillows that night. The towels also had yellow and brown stains, there was food stuck to the furniture which was disgusting and the fire alarm strobe was hanging from the wall. Clearly management does not inspect these rooms. The pool looked ok but there was a huge blue tarp just laying in the middle. Wires all over the place which was a tripping hazard. The elevator was dirty and smelled really bad. The fire extinguishers were also expired which is a violation. There were also questionable characters staying in the building and by questionable characters I mean drug addicts. I cannot imagine anyone taking pride for their work in this hotel. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. I would not stay here.
