Great! EVert good hotel and breakfast was good. The young man at the front desk was very polite & friendly & provided us with the type of room we wanted & on the ground floor so we could park our motorcycle right outside the window. The room was a good size & clean. The beds were super comfortable & the heater was quiet.

Worst hotel manager DONT STAY HERE! The manager who runs this place is SO RUDE and the worst person I've ever had to deal with! I actually stayed here twice thinking that maybe he was just overwhelmed the first time. We were there and he was so rude! It was NASCAR weekend and it was sold out. Well I booked again for NASCAR weekend this past March. I had a reservation I had made more than four months prior to this weekend. While we were on our way driving to the hotel from California, I called the hotel to ask if we could get early check-in so we could change before going to the race that same day. The manager put my call on hold and told me he would look to see if a room was ready, while I was on hold an email popped up on my phone saying my reservation had been canceled! When the manager came back to the phone, he told me my reservation was canceled, for which I responded "why would I be calling you for early check-in if I canceled my reservation!" He responded and said very rudely "I don't know what to tell you. It says it was canceled by the host" HE IS THE HOST!!!! But he tried to blame me and told me that I must've done something and canceled it and that he had no alternatives for me because his hotel was completely sold out for the weekend! I asked him how his hotel could be sold out if I literally just had a reservation five minutes ago and he CLEARLY had canceled my reservation. Then my room should still be available, well he told me very rudely "I don't know what to tell you, someone must've booked the room while you were canceling your reservation. You need to find somewhere else to stay!" And hung up on me! I wouldn't stay there if I was homeless and it was the last place on earth, offering me a free room! BEWARE!!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!!

I am a long time hotel user who typically stays at Choice hotels. THIS Gujarati INDIAN MAN IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. He canceled my reservation on me and then lied to my face, first telling me that I cancelled it and then telling me that Choice cancelled it. Finally I got choice to admit that it was this man who cancelled my reservation. I had a choice rewards booking. All of the hotels in the area were sold out. He cancelled my reservation so that he could resell the room at a higher price. Don't waste your time staying here and AVOID THIS SCUM DE LA SCUM individual at ALL COSTS.

A Great Find, I'll be back! This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! As a woman driving cross country by myself, I look at thing maybe a bit different. This place was a gem. From the lovely friendly front desk gentleman to the room. I had asked for an upstairs room (I was on the third floor - he felt that would be quieter for me). Everything about my stay was totally accommodating. The room, incredibly clean, the bed/pillows super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed another day. A great surprise was in the morning when I had to depart I was less than 1/2 a block from the on-ramp to the 10. A win/win!
