Unexpected Stay but Staff and Hotel amenities made a difference! I unexpectedly stayed here due to a flight delay and was booked through the airline. If you have an overnight you need near the Phoenix airport, I would highly recommend this as an option. Arriving late at around 9 PM, we were met with a friendly check in clerk and were able to enjoy a late dinner and drink at their bar. All of the staff we interacted with were very gracious and made us feel welcome and comfortable. With our luggage still at the airport we were able to obtain basic essentials from the hotel such as toothpaste and a toothbrush and more. The bed was extremely comfortable. And, we were able to schedule a shuttle to the airport the next morning for our rescheduled flight. Great place to stay for the night if you have an early morning flight.

This Hilton needs work During our overnight stay at this Hilton we were surprised that there were so many upgrades needed to the room. The bathroom door would not shut without forcing it closed, which could cause more damage to it, but if you want privacy during a bathroom stop you had to force it closed. The door jamb looked to be badly out of square because the tile trim beside the door jamb was not even and had a bunch of silicone caulk in the joint. The air conditioner could not be adjusted manually, so throughout the night it would shut off for a long period and the room would become too warm (was over 109F during that day) and then the air would turn on and run until the room would become too cold. This cycle repeated itself all night long. This building was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was not good at all.

Good for the money. We stayed two nights last month, during the week. Hotel is at the end of kind of a sketch area and sort of stands out. The area to the East of the hotel gets nicer as you go. The furniture in the lobby was being steam cleaned on the day we arrived, so they do try to keep things up. King room was a good size and clean and bedding good, but the lighting was dim. Hallways, lobby area and grounds all seemed to be well maintained. The lady at check in got us in early without a charge so that was much appreciated.

Stay AWAY - Bad Customer Service! Do not use airport parking service! This hotel does not care about customers using this service via Rightway PHX parking service. Came back on Mother's day 5/12 and desk agent lied about shuttle. She said it would be there in 10min. After 40min went by I called and she said it already completed it's airport run. I am an airline employee who frequently stays at various Hilton Garden Inns - I am familiar with their logo etc - the pickup stop at Term 3 North 11 was not even busy - there WAS NO VAN/Shuttle from Hilton Garden Inn!! - I gave up and took a Lyft to my car instead. The entire ordeal cost me 1 hour of my much needed rest.
