Still 5 stars after a decade! I should make Lifetime Diamond next week. I've spent probably 135 nights at this property and have stayed at over 130 Hilton properties since 2003. This one is one of the top two. Very low turnover of staff. "Can do" attitude. Nancy, Raul, and Beatriz are LT employees who are outstanding and have proven it over the years. Even the shuttle driver Milovan(sp?) while new, was very kind. My hotel of choice when I'm in PHX. Keep it up everyone!

The worst staff ever My wife and I were there in Phoenix on 21 July 2024 on a business trip and we got caught in the glitch at the airport. I need a place to lay our heads for the night. We decided to come to this hotel, because it was beautiful and close to the airport after making reservations. I called the hotel to ask for a ride and Cassandra the manager after asking several times decided to send someone to pick us up after getting there. Her attitude was so horrible. I wanted to turn around and go back to the airport, she was so rude that we almost really did leave. We asked for water and she said it would be in the room and we asked for a wake up call to have a ride back to the airport and we almost missed our flight because she didn’t put us on the list I would never ever come back to this hotel again.

Terrible Experience On May 7th, 2024 I hurt myself while in the restroom of one of the rooms at this hotel(3422 E Elwood St. Phoenix, AZ 85040). I will not post the photo since it's a bit graphic, but it was about an inch long. Fortunately I was able to patch it up with medical grade glue since I have a medical background, but the hotel was horrible about handling this. I emailed Kassandra Barrera who is the front desk manager, and she completely ignored my emails until I mentioned lawsuit. She finally replied days later and claimed that she tried calling me which was a complete lie. All they cared about was if I had medical proof of stitching. At no point did anyone there apologized for the incident or asked about my pain. Zero! This hotel is very outdated and you can tell that nobody care about you. Sad that Hilton allows this kind of behavior and quality. They did offer to reimburse me for my night stay, but this doesn’t fix the issue. I just wanted someone to actually care about my pain and genuinely mean it. I will never step foot in this place and advise people to look at other places. The general manager did call me about a month later and showed no interest in my issue nor did he ever apologize. I did call Hilton and they were not very helpful or caring either. They said these issues are handled at the local hotel level. Never again will I stay at a Hilton or affiliated hotel.

Not Hilton Quality I paid over $250 compared to the average $150 night rooms in the area just so I could sleep at a “Hilton”. This was a Days Inn quality and very disappointing for the cost. Also booked to be closest to the airport and the shuttle took 20 minutes on top of traveling another 20 min. Most important to me is the bed and this bed had such old pillows and bedding they no longer held any type of form. Shower leaked enough to create water damage on door. If they upgraded the shower liner and shower head, this would not be an issue. Toiletries were excellent and room was clean. No breakfast and you had to pay $3 for a bottled water (which, I thought as a Hilton member 1 was given to the guest - but I was not offered one). Next time, I’ll pay for the $150 room and at least get a free breakfast.

Don’t stay here This was a terrible experience. The room was stuffy, the hall smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was filthy. If I hadn’t gotten in at midnight tired, I probably wouldn’t have stayed. To make it worse, we went to the breakfast buffet that was barely edible and got charged $13.95 each. Only after I complained that there was nothing to indicate it wasn’t complimentary they put up a sign. Worst place ever! Too many other options in the area.
