Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix-Airport by IHG

Decent after a cancelled flight We stayed here after a cancelled flight. It was close to the airport with a shuttle and a good price for what we needed. The breakfast was lacking and they ran out of most things early. We went next door to the Hilton for dinner and that was decent. It was ok for what we needed in a pinch but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Location Fair Price Stayed there a couple nights. The front counter people were very helpful & friendly. The room was clean abd the bed was comfortable. Loved the location, could get anywhere very easily. The free breakfast was OK, not great, but what do you expect, it's free. The workout room was very nice, pretty much everything that you need. Will definitely stay there again when in town.

A very incompetent receptionist in this Hotel We arrived from Europe after a long trip. Call the hotel to send the shuttle. The lady at the front desk Natalie, confirmed we have the reservation there and said she was going to send the shuttle. The shuttle arrived one hour later and the driver reviewed our reservation and said we had to call to the hotel we had the reservation. My husband call again and for second time Natalie confirmed we had the reservation there and we should go in that shuttle. Even she called the driver to bring us. When we arrived at the hotel Natalie checked for fist time and said we did not have the reservation there., I asked her she confirmed 3 times and how this happened. She said she did not check because my husband said we have the reservation. This incompetent receptionist in this hotel should know there are 4 holiday inns at the airport area. She did not care neither apologize, for no checking our reservation for three times. The driver, Fatima was the good person who resolved our situation with consideration -and transported us to the other Holiday Inn. The duty of the receptionist is to confirm the reservation. But Natalie did not confirmed. My question is how Holiday Inn has this kind of receptionist with no basic training to do the job?

Amazing The bed was extra comfy, the housekeepers were very nice and professional, I ordered food (never received it - Panera Bread) and the lady at the front desk did everything she could to help me. The employees were very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again. Thanks Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phx. AZ.

Amazing breakfast and friendly staff! My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Phoenix Airport, an IHG hotel. We landed late the prior night and the shuttle picked us up. The driver was very friendly and we quickly fell asleep after making it to our room. Breakfast the next morning was amazing and the staff was very friendly! We would recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
