Great stay! We had a great stay! When we needed anything from the cleaning staff they would get it for us right away. Fun water park in the backyard!

Overpriced, falling apart, and hidden fees. Another bad review for a hotel that doesn't need any more. We had to stay at this hotel for a weekend during a dance competition. The good first: the landscaping is pretty and the water park area is reasonably clean and enjoyable to be at. The bad: The hotel is far overpriced for it's dated and falling apart facilities. The wood trim on the windows is rotting, the door has to be slammed to be shut properly, there are stains all over the furniture, the mini-fridge cabinet in the room is missing the door panel because a previous occupant kicked it in, the concrete balconies are stained and pitted, etc. You get the idea. All for $~300/night plus a $20-$40/night resort fee. The restaurant (Hole in the wall BBQ) has friendly staff, but the food quality is bad. Dried, hard breakfast potatoes with an omelet dripping in oil for $22, bland, boring nachos with chicken for $22. You get the idea. We didn't try their BBQ, so perhaps that is better. The real disappointment are the hidden fees. We were charged $2 for maid service we never received, and $9 for bellperson service we never received, nor did we have any contact or interaction with a bellperson or any other hotel staff. I reached out to the hotel about the fees and they punted on the matter, indicating is was part of the group contract and there's nothing they could do. It was never communicated to me in the initial booking or in any of the documents I reviewed or received. I don't care as much about the $11, but the lack of care on the part of the hotel was fitting for the rest of our experience there. If you stay at the hotel, I'd keep your expectations low and a close eye on the end bill.

Hassan the Bellman is incredible! Rock star. Hassan the bellman is THE BEST! He not only saved my back, he spent an incredible amount of time helping me strategically pack my son’s SUV for our road trip home from GCU. Not only was he kind and helpful. He was just so sharp and creative and how to make way more stuff than should’ve fit in our car, work. I’m eternally grateful for him going above and beyond. He is truly a stellar employee, and he deserves a promotion. This is our favorite resort to stay in for college move-in and move out and we will be back many more times in the coming years.

Patty is the best!! Thank you Hilton Phx at The Peak! Patty at The Peak took the BEST care of us!!! We were a last minute reservation and she ensured our family had everything we needed to have the most fun and relaxing stay. We absolutely love The Peak and our experience with Patty made us love it even more!

Disappointed in this Hilton property. The resort area is beautiful. Unfortunately there was a church revival service scheduled for Saturday morning and the gospel rock band started playing at 8AM. The rooms near the Hohokam/Kiva ballroom were greatly impacted. Front desk Derik suggested we change our room, which was not the best solution. The hotel should reconsider scheduling a loud event on a Saturday morning when people may want to sleep in. The housekeeping staff never came by once. Just a disappointing experience overall.
