Older motel but fair accommodation An older motel so perhaps not quite as up to date with furnishings etc as later motels but the accommodation is still more than acceptable bearing in mind the lesser cost. A little out of the city centre but plenty of free parking. Anyone making a trip on a budget should maybe consider this option.

Don’t stay here The motels outside appearance is ok but the room was filthy, had garbage still in the room and had cockroaches. These people clearly do not care about the motel they are running. The security guard was sleeping on duty. It was an awful experience.

Worst hotel I have stayed at My wife and I stayed at the Super 8 by Wyndham Phoenix Downtown for one night during a road trip. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I know that it is a Super 8 and I was not expecting anything amazing but for a hotel you would think it would at least be an average experience with basic amenities but it wasn't. When we first pulled into the parking lot there were some sketchy looking characters. After we got our room keys we checked into our room and as soon as we walked in it smelled liked cigarettes. It was so bad. The room we got was a non smoking room but based on the smell you can clearly tell that previous people smoked in there. We walked around the room and noticed a small hole in the wall near the front door. Based on the size of that hole I would guess someone either punched or kicked the wall in the past and it was never fixed. The smoke alarm in the room was ripped off the wall so people that have stayed there before clearly smoked and the hotel management never cared to replace the smoke alarm. The blow dryer that was attached to the wall in the bathroom was also ripped out and missing. There was one towel for the 2 of us and when we asked for another towel they said they did not have anymore. The other hotel guests or possibly permanent residents were very noisy throughout the night and anytime they would run water we could hear it through our room. Based on all this DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not worth it even for one night

WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! We are in the middle of a pandemic and: when i used a clorox wipe to wipe off the controls for the a.c., the wipe was BLACK. NOBODY had swept under the bathroom sink area or mopped in what looked like months. there were NO pillow cases on the pillows and: the bed only had a sheet on it. a DIRTY one at that! i complained and the front desk said: yeah, we tell management customers complaints and: management DOESN'T CARE!. THIS FREAKING SAYS EVERYTHING. I got locked out by my key card, it wouldn't let me into my room, about 6 FREAKING TIMES, which meant i had to walk up and down stairs 12 times in `110 degree heat. the lamp on the desk was broken so the lamp shade just hung down off the bulbs, which were bright. this place was an ABSOLUTE disgrace.

Lost package , horrible service This room was the most repulsive thing I have ever stayed in. Hair everywhere in the bathroom, sunflower seeds on the dirt carpet. They lost my package and said they returned it to sender , which they did not . So when I asked for a refund through amazon they told me to ship it back and over a month later the thing has still not been received. I called the day it arrived made sure my name was on it , they knew who I was and said it would be safe... got there hours later and it was completely missing . The attitude of the staff was not helpful and it seemed everyone was lying
