ATTENTION!!! PLEASE MY REVIEW-!!!Customer Service by Janet is Horrible-Dont waste your money here!!!! ! If I had to put stars it would be at a zero poor customer service by supposed manager a lady with a red face smelling of alcohol name Janet she provided poor and horrible customer service when I arrived at hotel on 9/26/18 she was bothered because I had complaints about the elevator not working and we were stuck with my two children with water and our luggage and she advised me that there was no solution but to wait until the next day. I was so disturbed on her manner Unprofessionalism Given the fact that the only solution was to use the stairs and carry all of our luggage and bottle waters of cases because we were staying for the next following six days here at the hotel she gave me an email which was strange and said that there was no manager available or corporate available which was "sharad3@aol.com" I emailed this person without a name and no one returned my email it's very disturbing to me how horrible the customer service I was treated very poorly. I would never recommend this hotel to nobody and I will continue to write a complaint until I get a response back from your hotel for safety reasons your elevator should be working at all times. Or PUT A SIGN "Out of order " As of today I was told that I could not stay for an additional seven more days because it was not available to me she did not give me a reason why so then I asked again to speak to her manager and gave me the same answer and to email this person above. Anyone who thinks this is a good hotel is wrong it's disgusting it's horrible and I would never recommend it to anybodyBecause of Janets poor customer service she definitely needs Go back to school and pay for her education to learn on etiquette and how to treat people when conducting a hotel you lost a lot of money you lost a customer and I will tell everyone how horrible customer service was!!!!!

Try to stay due to my fathers funeral. Waisted 90 minutes did not stay. Horrible Customer Service. Wited 1-1/2 hours at the front the lady dissappeared. No one answer the foneS. Dont waste Your money and time here. Very elevator did not work. The Ac Did not work. The fine in the room did not work. Definitely will not come near this place again.

Terrible service!!! I read the reviews too late. Although it's cheap, these people are very unprofessional... I was in the shower and No water came out. They're doing plumbing work as I type this review. They shut the water without notice to any of the guests. If your want to wait a few hours for a shower... Stay here!!!

Quite nice for the price The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was horrible, being sort of all over the place. My room faced the street, but wasn't too loud or anything. There wasn't anything nearby and I wouldn't say the location was good, but only because there was nothing near enough to walk to, you have to drive. The lobby was a bit shabby and the people who worked there were really not a pleasant lot. But, just not smilers. I didn't have any problems so there was no real need for customer service and once I got up to the window my check in took about 1 minute and I don't think the girl ever even said a word. I'd go back.

Great Bargain Booked this 2 Star Motel to stop in for 3 nights after flying into LA not expecting much and this was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was easy, ample parking. Good Size Bed and Room with Fridge. Free Ice. Clean with Good Maid Service. 30 Minute drive from everything in LA. Friendly Staff. Free Wifi Breakfast was Basic, Coffee, Cereal and a selection of pre-packed pastries.
