This hotel was a welcome place on a cold snowy night. It was clean, warm and the bed was comfortable. This hotel was a welcome place on a cold snowy night after a long drive. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, everything was clean and seemed new. I always miss English muffins when they are not included in the breakfast which was the case here. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One minor complaint - the directions to the hotel did not seem to be well marked.

Nice, well kept hotel. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only negative was getting to it. Very limited transportation. No shuttle. No Uber or Lyft. Was lucky to find a car service to take me to and from the local Grider Airfield. A good choice if you are visiting or driving through the area. Not a great stop for pilots passing through.

Give it a try I admit, we were a little concerned when we pulled up to basically an abandoned mall with a hotel next to it. However, the hotel was in a well lit area and well maintained exterior. Inside, staff were friendly and the hotel had a very clean appearance throughout. The place smelled great and offered Dove hair and hand wash products. We left early in the morning so I can’t comment on the breakfast. Overall, great place at a fair price point. Don’t let the location scare you away.

Comfortable Hotel My husband and I stayed here one night when we were looking for homes to purchase nearby. I was concerned when we were trying to find the hotel which is behind a vacant Pine Bluff Mall (thanks covid). The hotel itself was well lit and parking area clean. Our room was very nice, beds comfortable, bath room clean. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, all staff was very nice. We drove a short distance to Saracen Casino which we enjoyed too. We would recommend to others looking for clean accommodations and close to Saracen Casino. I noticed some comments about Pine Bluff being a mill town and smelling bad LOL we're from Wisconsin and I (a woman) worked in a papermill so I have no complaints. The mills provide jobs for many hard working people who provide necessary items people use through out the day and night. The air is cleaner than most big cities. And we did find a very nice home not far away from here in Pine Bluff. We liked the city.

Stranded in the middle of the night We arrived at 1 am. Lobby was dark, no one answered the phone. After about 40 minutes my husband noticed someone sleeping in their car. He knocked on window, and guy woke up and came in. Told me to put my card in, I said where’s my papers? He finally shuffled to me with a glare, I asked him to turn on light so I could see, finally checked in room and I called the 800 number again. They kept calling but no one answered. Juan was back out in his car. The next morning I told girl at front desk. She said manager would call but she never did. When we left Juan was parked in handicap spot , still sleeping. It was scary being stranded in middle of the night , room was non refundable so couldn’t go to a different motel. We’ve stayed here dozens of times but not sure we will again. It was awful
