Best kept secret Hidden gem with loads of activities for your family. We were looking for a place to stay to break up a cross country road trip. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Super clean room, peaceful balcony, awesome pool with lifeguards on duty. I only wish the two bed lodge rooms offered a king and a queen vs doubles. It is hard to sleep in smaller beds when you're accustomed to a king but I knew the bed size when I booked our stay.

Place for some quiet time Great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the mountain. Room was very clean and the mattress was in an encasement. The room itself is dated, and the TV was small. However, the WiFi was very fast. Sitting on the balcony was a huge plus overlooking the mountain valley below. The pool look clean and refreshing, but I didn't use it. The restaurant was very good and resonably price. What really stands out was the employees. They were all super nice. Only draw back, outside the rooms and down the stairs was dirty. Other than that, well worth the money.

Enjoyable stay Wow, the hotel and cabins look a little shabby, they seem to be meticulously clean. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I had to leave my car there to get picked up by a holler, and they were kind enough to keep the key for me and make sure it got safely delivered to the transporter. The food in the restaurant was delicious and good quality. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The views from the dining room were beautiful.
Whoever is cleaning the cabins does a really good job! Thank you!

Looks good but isn't! Rather poor. No functional coffee maker, no dishwasher detergent, no toaster, noisy yard work at 8AM, entrance door was broken into and not repaired, plastic wrapped mattresses, not cleaned properly for us, breakfast was subpar, no service in breakfast area, the area was really nice and that's the only thing I did like. The Cabin looked high quality on the website but that's just not the case.

Not Handicapped Approved Getting to the room was a real challenge considering I was handicapped with a service dog! ADA would have a field day here considering nothing was in compliance!! After getting to the room the Mountain View was nice! The bed was hard and of course the room was outdated! Breakfast was Hot and Good! All in all it was not worth the money we paid and we won’t be back anytime soon!
