Run!!!!!! This place was so nasty blood on the sheets to a mystery substance on the pillow. Not to mention that the room that we were given was literally under construction. We had no towels but there was a dirty one we found behind the door.

Worst This was the worst room we have ever had to stay. There bulbs out in the lamps, paint peeling off of the walls and from the ceiling, A/C made a roaring noise all night, towels were stained, small bugs in the bathroom and a smell that got into our clothes. Never never again.

Dirty Room was disgusting, stains on walls even worse stains on carpet and ceiling, broken furniture. This place needs to be burnt down and rebuilt. Cracks in the sheet rock a nice size hole in the bathroom floor this might have been the worst place I’ve stayed ever.

Disgusting!! Nasty, filthy, disgusting, full of roaches! Rooms smell and look like they should be in a brothel!! Front desk could not get the reservations straight, although I told them 1,000 times! It took me 2 hours to check in.. nobody else came in during that time either...

Pass on by We live in town but rented a room due to being out of power due to a tornado. When we arrived we were greated by a nice lady that checked us in. Once we got to the room it was all down hill from there. The room was very dated and in disrepair. There cigarette burn holes in the bed comfortor. The air conditioning was barely working. Some of the electrical outlets were physically broken and not covered only one lamp could be plugged in. The carpet was very dirty and stained. The toilet flush handle was broken off. The tub has a piece of PVC pipe to use as a handle that was just stuck in there. The property was very noisy late into the night with people playing loud music in the parking lot. Once we got up the next morning we went to eat breakfast and check out. The breakfast was supposed to be served starting at 6am but the door was locked and I had to call and wake someone up just to check out. I asked about breakfast and he said "oh I am running late". Durring our stay we learned from a friend of ours of two other local hotels that were running speacials for tornado victims. One was the hotel Bentlely a very upscale place in Alexandria La. they had rooms for $89 a night and the Sleep inn in Pineville La had rooms for $25 a night if you provided an id with a qualifying address. I did tell the Days inn clerk upon check in about the purpose of our stay and we even discussed how bad the damage in the area was. No mention of a discount was made or offered. When I was finally able to check out I complained about the room quality and about the breakfast and was given a $22 refund. I still do not feel that this was a $70 room. My wife and I travel quite often and the room we stayed at, at Days Inn in Pineville La., was by far the worst to date.
