Great hotel United airlines sent me to this hotel due to a cancelled flight. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a burger at their restaurant and it was awesome! The prices are very reasonable as well. The only downside was a limited shuttle service back to the airport. That being said, I would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel Rooms seem older but they have tried to update with furniture. Bathroom could be updated some to make it look nicer and cleaner. Otherwise would stay here again. Beds comfortable, rooms large with two king beds. Very pleased. Staff was very friendly at check in.

A great experience/Sports Trip. This hotel is a hidden gem. The whole lobby area/bar/resturaunt is all completely remodeled and overlooks the whole courtyard/patio/gazebo through glass walls. The bar restauraunt area has 4 flat screen tvs for watching games and such. We were there for a sporting event in the area with 16 families (16/17 year old girls). In adddition to other teams and families as well. Plenty of space for everyone and never felt crowded. Beautiful couches and seating areas to just sit and talk. They have a ballroom and a Library for use as a meeting room. The hotel is set up like a U shape. You can see the pool area from the courtyard/patio/ gazebo. There is a small court for basketball. The lock system is being replaced on the hotel doors to the newer systems. Our rooms were new furniture and bathroom was remodeled with Dove Products provided in showers. They set up a beautiful dinner outside on the patio for the team and the next night for one of the other teams and their families. They went the extra mile to make the table scape look beautiful too. The food buffett was great and well presented. They also offer a indoor dining breakfast buffet which was inexpensive and set up very nicely. They tried to accomodate anything we needed, they even let me fill up water balloons in the kitchen for the girls to have fun with on the big lawn. You can bring outdoor games to, which would be great if you have a group. We were 10 minutes from all our needs. I am sure I may be forgetting someone's name. The pool was as picture and the little basketball court and courtyard were right through those double doors. Front Mazz, Aseem, Helena… Restaurant…Carlos, Maria. (Chef and waiter/bartender were great) Event Staff Coordinator- Rupali took care of every detail.

No Hard no. I don’t usually write reviews, but I noticed that many of the reviews don’t match the reality. The WiFi was not working. Spotty at best. The room was very outdated in every way from the locks to the desk chair. Like from another era. The elevator was extremely old. Again, from another era. There was work being done right outside my window and I did not feel safe. The pool looked nice, but it was in a completely separate part of the building. The restaurant and bar were not up and running in a normal way since they were renovating. Mainly, it was old once you left the lobby. The reviews are not accurate on here or on Google. It didn’t feel like a normal 3-star chain hotel at all. I’m sure the people that run it mean well, but someone from corporate should go in and check things out. If you’re traveling on business, you need to know this.
