very bad experience my experience was very bad. we don’t sleep two nights because of the noise all day and night. and I asked indoor reception to change my room because of the noise from second floor and There was a big palm tree front of our balcony, which one blocked my view for ocean, but they refused me twice. I had very poor experience in this property. zero customer service

Awesome Beautiful grounds with many seating areas right on the cliff. Rooms are large and clean with great views. Staff is very friendly.

Awesome Beach Getaway We came to Pismo Beach area to enjoy the beach. This is our first time at The Inn at the Cove and it is a great Boutique Hotel! Martin and Team are great! They treat us like family. The staff was very professional and kind. Martin was fabulous. We will return.

Attention to Details We truly enjoyed our stay at Inn at the Cove. We appreciated the attention to details, such as an actual confirmation telephone call the day before check-in, the text message we received upon check-in with details about the hotel, the option to text housekeeping to let them know if you need anything for the room. The front desk person we interacted with was professional and very welcoming. The view from our room was awesome. The only downside for us was freeway noise, toilet in the bathroom was very low (for older people). Other than that, no complaints.
