Excellent extended stay hotel! This Staybridge hotel will be our go-to hotel when we return to Dallas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, a special Thank You to Acham, who helped us pick the perfect room. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, everything you need for an extended stay. What really blew me away was that it didn’t smell like a hotel room. The scent entering the room was really nice and inviting. It truly felt like home over the 11 days we stayed there. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Sincerely, Hank

Horrible treatment by general manager and front office manager April 2024 I recently completed a stay at this property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated by the front office manager and the general manager. I made a common mistake of leaving items behind at the hotel, although I informed the staff that I was expecting a delivery and I checked with the front desk the day I left to see if I’d had any packages that were left behind. We were there for an extended period of time, and wanted to be sure not to leave anything behind. After an unsuccessful attempt to retrieve my items, I asked to speak with the front office manager, who was very rude and dismissive. When I asked for the general manager, the call disconnected and I was not contacted back. I contacted the hotel again to no avail and then contacted the corporate number to resolve the issue. After several attempts to contact the hotel, the corporate associate was unable to resolve the issue. After three weeks of checking back on the status of my items, I had still received no communication from the hotel or the corporate representative. I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated after spending so much money at this property. Sadly I will not return unless the hotel gets new management. I must mention the breakfast attendants were especially helpful and friendly during our stay.

Not worth it. Not worth it. The pool and jacuzzi wasn’t open. Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal. Not very good at all. Our shower didn’t work (too much air in the line) nor was the water in the bathroom sink working well, made a complaint and was told maintenance would check it out and we left for the day. Came back and front desk had no clue what I was talking about when we got back. Mentioned it again on our way out for check out and they offered me points but no refund of any kind. Fire alarm went off our first night there and no one could give us an explanation or direction. Elevator was very slow as well. Bed was comfortable and liked that it came with a little kitchenette. Air worked well for the most part once we figured out how to work it. Our room was on the top floor but by the basketball ball court. Which brought a noisy crowd, even after 10 PM when we tried to go to bed (10 PM is when the court was “supposed” to be closed) All and all it just wasn’t worth it.

Clean comfortable Quiet, minimal kitchen Clean, quiet, mostly friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast, always oatmeal, some kind of eggs, yogurt. Not always fresh fruit. Convenient location, quick drive to airport and downtown sights. Central Market has everything. 418 TV was perpendicular to couch. We turned couch away from wall to sit and watch. Kitchen did not have chairs, table or counter.. no where to eat except sitting on couch or on desk chair at desk. Service for 4 but only one Dutch oven and one fry pan. No large bowls to prep, mix, serve or put in microwave. No cutting board. Tub and toilet in room with door but sink is in dressing area with closet and no door. Weird set up, for a room with 2 beds,,, if 2 were sharing the room. I couldn’t dress without disturbing my husband’s sleep. A pocket door would solve the problem or even a curtain. Pool is under construction but there’s a nice patio and furniture to just relax outdoors or use the gas grill.

Kim is awful. Stay away from Hotel The front desk tries their best but falls short. Mediocre hotel with basics. Clean facility. Main issue is with their Director of Sales Kim, she is a miserable person and talks down to people. I’m platinum elite so I stay at a lot of these IHG hotels, usually fantastic services but Kim was so awful I don’t think I’ll be using IHG for a while. I’m not sure if she was racially motivated or if she is just not cut out for hospitality but that hotel would be doing great without her. You’ve been warned.
