Treated Like Family by Mrs. Ann! This local hotel was such a sweet visit. From start to finish we had zero issues. Our favorite part of this hotel was definitely Mrs.Ann!!!! Who needs to even leave the hotel when you have the sweetest and most hilarious people right here serving breakfast with a smile! She made you feel like family. I have been to so many hotels where people could care less about you. Mrs. Ann however was one of the highlights of not just our hotel but our entire trip. Thank you Mrs. Ann for making our stay such a special one. If we ever have to come to plant city again it will definitely be at this hotel and mainly because of the sweet Mrs Ann!!!

Monumental Memory My visit to the Holiday Inn Express has definitely become a monumental memory that I am going to cherish for a lifetime. I am so comfortable staying at high end 5 star hotels - however, this hotel though it’s not a high end luxury - has become one of my favorites. From the two cats that live outside on the property (Garfield and midnight) to the friendly staff to make sure I was satisfied with my stay, the clean linens on the bed, I can truly say I was able to relax. One of the highlights was the kitchen staff Mrs.Ann making me feel like I was home amongst family.

Great place for some shut eye and good breakfast We came in later in the evening around 8. We were accommodated quickly which was very helpful as we had a tired toddler from traveling. The room was comfortable and the aesthetic of the hotel was bright and cheery. Wish there were stools or a way to sit on the big lawn chairs. Miss Anne at breakfast was such a wonderful person and host. She helped us with breakfast and shared information only a local would know. She definitely made us want to come back. Our kids loved her. She is a fantastic employee to have and great at customer service. We are glad we chose this hotel for the night especially after meeting her. Thank you Miss Anne

Mrs. Ann was the best part! We stayed in mid-February & had a great stay overall. The best part was the friendly & accommodating Mrs. Ann in the breakfast area. She helped in any way needed & went out of her way to be extra friendly. She asked why we were visiting & what we were there to see. She was just amazing!

Poor I was locked out of my room 7 days in a row. Carpet is filthy to the point my feet turned black.No washer and dryer.Do not go to any laundry mat in the area. Pool is not heated. Room ac is cold or nothing fan won't run constantly but the fan in the bathroom won't stop running unless the light is turned off.
