Petty fees This hotel will nickel and dime you on the smallest fees . Pros: 2 bedroom / 2 bath room is a great space and didn’t feel cramped at all. Good location Clean hotel Cons: Parking fee when there is a ton of available parking. I even overheard a guest tell the front desk he left his parking pass up in the room and didn’t feel like getting it to put it in the car. They assured him it was no issue. Then why the fee? No one is checking. Sofa bed with no sheets or blankets available in room. If this bed counts as a place for 2ppl there should be bedding in room. And worst of all, a fee to hold any packages that you may have delivered there. An Issue to me simply because the fee was not disclosed until arrival. This should be disclosed on the site or something. Overall it fit my needs for this trip but definitely not my recommended area hotel.

Modern Looking / Hidden Fees The place is very well appointed. Everything was modern and well kept. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun and seating. The free breakfast was ok. Not much different than what the other hotels in the area offer. The downside - they charge $5 per night to park. They give you a permit at check-in to put on your dashboard. There is no shortage of parking spaces and they have other parking lots nearby for other buildings that can be used. They were mostly empty. The front desk clerk said I would be towed if I tried to park in the other lots to avoid the extra $5 per night fee. They do not have parking lot security nor did I ever see anyone walking around the lot looking for permits. I wondered what they would do if I had guest visiting and they were to park in the hotel lot. If you want housekeeping to clean your room, it's an additional $10 per night. If you need fresh towels, you have to hang a sign on your doorknob in the morning and they leave a plastic bag with towels in front of your door. They do not come in to the room and remove the dirty towels. If you are planning on using the foldout sofa bed, you have to ask for sheets, blankets and pillows. They are not stored in the room. I found all of this petty and unnecessary. The price was right for me but in the end I paid just as much as if I stayed at one of the other area hotels that do not nickel and dime you for customary services you expect from a major hotel chain.

Awesome team and dream team The staff at this hotel suite was friendly,nice,professional,and very attentive .their is many time I got lockout of my room are I wanted to know information are location and the staff and the front desk was very helpful and gladly ready to assist. They always make you feel at home , i want to give a shout out to front desk staff, Rochelle ,Cornelia,Antonia, and Mr Pierre who was one of the maintainace team was very helpful and always smiling .I didnt meet my house keeper since I was only day for three days and hardly in the room .but it was always clean and tidy and had everything you need to use.there was another young man by the front desk that was extremely helpful but I can remember is name he does the night shift .he was also awesome . Thank you all for everything you have done and I appreciate you all keep up the good work.

Very rude staff checking in. Staff (one particular person who checks in people after 4pm weekdays) was very rude to customers while checking in not just to me but many customers I saw while waiting for the room that was not ready even after 2 hours after check in time. At breakfast time if anyone asked questions, this lady told them rudely "Read instructions" Other than that property is nice and clean.

Hidden gem for a family trip Great accomodations for a family of seven. The suites are 02 bedrooms with a full bathroom each, a living space and a kitchen with four seating table. The place is really well kept an maintained! A pleasant breakfast, full of itens with a friendly staff A remind: The parkling is paid and charged later on!
