Quiet place to rest on a roadtrip The place is quiet and has a nice pool. Breakfast was very good and people friendly. Restaurant Ninety nine attached to hotel with good food. Good stop on the way North or South off the highway. This is very close to SUNY Plattsburgh and the ferry to Vermont if you need a place near those areas. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area for everything you need.

Family Reunion A quick trip to attend the annual family reunion. Enjoy the pool and game area and the warm breakfast. Had adjoining rooms which was handy.

Worst yet, probably the last According to the front desk manager "we see you have a problem everytime you stay." Why is that the case? Because the last 3 times I have stayed in this hotel my wife and I have had to clean our room. It amazes me how I can rent a $329 room and still have to clean it. It also baffles me how 3 lights were blown, and we had a wall clock that was not functioning. The 2 spots in the floor that were coming up, does not make me ever want to waste my money on this place again. I remember when I would go there and stay every week multiple times a week and had no issues... but now that I have had issues the last 3 stays... it's my fault the rooms are way under par? No, I wouldn't have complaints if the rooms were clean and actually ready for the next guest. We are the type of people that will tear down the bed for the staff when we go to leave, we gather the garbage in the room from our stay and leave it nice and ready for a quick cleanup... we even pile our used towels on the tile. All the front desk manager said was "we see you have problems everytime." I asked for a little back on the stay and got "have a nice day."

Expensive for the room quality The Plattsburgh BW Plus has been our property of choice in Plattsburgh for many years but the quality is declining and the price is increasing significantly. Despite being seniors, BW Plus members and having CAA, AAA, etc, we paid a very high price for a very basic room.

Enjoyable stay It was an overall enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. All of the staff were very nice. Will definitely recommend it to friends. Had one issue with bill but Erin and Matt worked to correct it. Looking forward to returning in September.
