Single mom hack! Alexa our concierge was very helpful and nice! Miguel and Jose at the pool were the best! The manager at azul I love her. I felt safe traveling alone with my small kiddos. My kids loved kids club they have activities for them every hour. A must to go to the spa! Don’t forget to do the water therapy after or before massage

The Best Trip. Ever Our trip to this resort was a spectacular experience. This would be my second Grand Velas resort and I have stayed at several other premier resorts over the last 8 years, and GV is by far the best. The SPA (do the water ceremony) is second to no one. The food is wonderful and everything is right where it needs to be when you need it. Vividriana (hope I spell her beautiful name correctly) even made our daughter’s birthday extra special by sending arrangements and balloons to our room. Then a gentlemen named Lorenzo who took wonderful care of my family during our business events always made sure to have a drink in my hand and brought a cake for our daughter for her special day. (We didn’t even ask for this!). Lastly I want to give a shout out to someone I now call my friend. Ernesto, who ran the beach area service. I must say getting treated so well made me want to come back. I assure you that my family and I will be coming back to this resort. These are real people who actually care about their job and I’ve never been around such a clean and friendly environment. I was treated so well and so impressed that I can honestly say I’ve never even left a yelp review in my life, even when something was so terrible I wanted to warn others. I HAD to make sure that this resort and these people got the recognition they deserve. TOP notch. Thank you all for an unforgettable trip. We will see you again.

Absolute paradise! What an incredible resort, such beauty and tranquility with amazing service. Juan was our personal concierge for the week and we couldn’t have asked for more. Best of the best The rooms were gorgeous and well kept. The food options were excellent. The staff were very kind and our personal concierge Aimeé was exceptional. The spa experience was top notch. Fun nightlife activities for groups to hang out. Pools galore.

Catered to in Paradise Top tier service! My family and I were treated with like royalty and with genuine kindness at every turn. Attentive is an understatement! From our concierge Aaron, to the bartenders and the cleaning ladies. I was there with my wife and 4 kids and the barista at the cafe asked how my twin babies were doing by name just one day after meeting them. If you’re making a decision on which resort will provide the memorable experience you are looking for, this is the one. Visit the spa, try all the restaurants and attend the nightly shows at Zen. A tip for lunch, get to-go containers from Azul when when hanging by the pool. Relax, refresh and indulge. Enjoy your trip!
