Best Western Plover-Stevens Point Hotel & Conference Center

Beutifully decorated, clean rooms, Staff was helpful. Rooms were beautiful clean. Breakfast was great.We appreciated early check-in. Location was easy to find.

Nice enough We used this for an event in Stevens Point. Easy commute. The location is very quiet with a great Kwik Trip across the street, We have had better breakfasts at BW.

Staff kept Nintendo Switch left in room overall the room was decent ... the TVs were not great but the beds were alright. the pool area was kind of gross and the hot tub had visible stains and what may have been mold All of that would have been fine for the few nights stay at a smaller hotel but the staff decided to keep a Nintendo Switch that was left in the room and claim they did not find it when they were called and asked about it

Don't waste your money Alarm clock didn't work, AC didn't work well, toilet clogged on first use for no reason, no toilet plunger to unclog, the worker mentioned maybe a kid put a toy down it does no one check that the toilets are operational? Tried to check in at 2 pm (I understand they aren't obligated to honor early check in but has never been issue in the past it was only an hour early how was our room not ready when check out is 11 am?) but anyways we came back to check in at 6 pm and no one was there. We called like the sign indicates 3 times to no response, waited another 15 minutes and tried again at which point I expressed how frustrating it had been. The gentleman said he just got there I said I understand it isn't your fault, but this is ridiculous. Then we found it absolutely apalling that the poor check in guy ended up being the plunger guy too and was receiving another call while taking care of that. He showed no reaction to the workload he was very nice we just felt bad for him, but we found it insane you have one person in charge of check ins, room maintenance, and taking care of any and all guest needs when the parking lot ended up packed no wonder the service suffered. Breakfast in the morning that poor same guy was working! Don't you pay your people and what are they working 20 hours shifts?! Seems like you're running a sweat shop and at the expense of service too. No offense to the workers, but we will never return here again and this was our go to spot as we frequently travel to the area to visit family. Never again, worst experience ever definitely not worth any penny spent! I feel sorry for all the nice people that work here.

Average hotel at best Our room was nice. Clean & comfortable. King bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. Pool & hot tub temperature was great. Nice & warm. The downside of it, there were was an ant problem in the pool area. The included breakfast was a disappointment. Few options, and the options available were not that great. We wound up going to a fast food breakfast for breakfast.
