You get what you paid for. It definitely had his ups and it definitely had its downs. You are getting what you paid for if you want to a five star hotel then you better keep on driving. The pool was suffice for my kiddos. I would definitely say it could use some upgrades. Definitely the pool smelled clean. It could definitely use some upgrades as well outside look a little bit better but it is what you pay for..

We should have slept on the airport floor. The proprietors of this hotel know desperation when they see it. The night of July 20, thanks in part to the crowdstrike fiasco at MSP, every hotel room in the city was sold out. This Ramada had one room left and despite being charged literally 5 times the normal rate, we took it. We would have been better off sleeping on the airport floor. We arrived shortly after midnight. The desk clerk was pleasant enough, but oh my goodness, the room had to be seen to be believed. As other reviews have mentioned, the carpet was a disaster, the curtains looked like they had mold or maybe were just filthy and yes, there were bugs of some variety. The room had a sharp odor to it that smelled of massive disinfectant or maybe just old fashioned bug spray - we couldn't tell. All we knew is that it made us both physically ill. The hotel itself, outside of our room, looked obviously very run down and not maintained. We were surprised that Wyndham would allow their brand to be tarnished like this. On the night in question, we didn't have a choice - this place was literally the last hotel room in the city. If you have a choice, choose anywhere else.

Run down! This place needs a complete overhaul. Too Many issues to list them all. Baseboards falling off the hallway walls, exterior doors not fitting properly, shower surround separating from wall just to name a few. Employees were helpful so that was nice. And bed was clean and comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE Staff was rude, hot tub, ice machine and elevators not working. Couldn’t even buy water anywhere on the property. Key card stopped working twice and I was locked out of my room with my seven-year-old for over 20 minutes with no phone as we could not find any staff (at 9AM!). It would be better to spend $250 at a decent hotel than waste any money at this less than subpar hotel.
