Road trip It was a last minute decision to stay here and ended up being our favorite spot. Will definitely come back and stay longer. There is plenty of activities, a beautiful pool, and a view for days!! Wish I was there!

Disappointed Did not meet expectations of a 5-star hotel unfortunately. The positives: 1. Beautiful and peaceful grounds and amenities. Great hiking trails, gorgeous indoor amd outdoor pools, tennis courts. The multi-sport team has all the gear for tennis, swimming, fishing, bikes and scooters etc. The multi-sport team was super helpful and great. 2. Easy check in and check out as expected. Service royal / concierge were also very good. 3. Super cute ice cream / lemonade stand outdoors; and firepit were you could make s’mores - huge hit with our kids. The negatives 1. Accommodations need to be improved and updated. I know the classic decor is part of the vibe / theme … but yeah no. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable even by sofa bed standards. Poor air flow in the rooms. 2. Cleanliness needs to be improved, even during covid. We stayed 6 nights the suite was cleaned once on day 3 (barely). Elevators banks/ buttons could use more attention as well. I think I saw the button wiped once during our entire stay, the hand sanitizer bottle inside the elevator was broken for the entire stay we were there. The pool would get super busy in the afternoons, but also no staff going around picking up empty bottles/ plastic cups or used and abandoned towels. Lots of bugs and leaves in the pool which is normal but the staff could use the nets to pick them up more often. 3. The dining was way below average and a huge disappointment, The menu options and quality were below average even for a 4 star hotel. The options for kids were limited and always the same. Also very little capacity - make reservations way ahead of time otherwise you are out of luck - same dining comments apply for dining in the town of La Malbaie.

Charlevoix visit Hotel grounds are beautiful and quiet. Hotel restaurant not very accommodating. I would not recommend this for families. There’s a trail of 4 km which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly and the bathroom door was fixed by the time we returned from our supper.

Waste of money!!! Will never go back get a airb close by the casinonis by far the worst ever this lady super rude helene whatever just ruin my weekend by lack of judgment the rooms are totally obsolete with tons of lost space and tiny bathrooms with still a tub like in the oldies cant be two n the same time thats how tiny overpriced did i mentioned ohh yes no food by the pool but chips and 70 dollars 4 drinks heyyy a bbq or something when i asked the girl why no food she said well you should of asked we have sandwiches lol like in a golf club house omg i knew there i shouldn’t be there.....

Incredible view on the St-Lawrence river Great 2 days getaway in Charlevoix. We enjoyed the settings at the Manoir. Outstanding view of the St-Lawrence river, nice trails for walking/jogging on site. We enjoyed the pool, The rooms are very expensive. The food at the various hotel restaurants is also very expensive and you would expect higher quality at that price point.
