A great thank you from my family to yours Very great location, and so happy this was the property I chose to stay at. I was in town for a funeral and from the moment my family and I came in the door, Casey at the front desk has been amazing. She greeted us with a smile, thanked me for my honors membership and status, and made us feel right at home. The entire staff that we encountered were all great, but Casey went above and beyond to make sure we had the best Hilton experience ever and for that we are forever grateful. We thank you so much Casey for making this trip a great one, and we can’t wait to come back for another visit.

This will be our last stay at this hotel. Location is convenient, but the lack of service and cleanliness, just poor. Our floor was still in an “improvement stage. Peeling wall paper, dirty, etc. Of course, this was not posted on their website or were informed of that fact when we checked in. We stayed four nights/five days. Our room was serviced by housekeeping once, and that was after complaining to the front desk. So I had to go down to the workout room to get fresh towels. Mind you, I have been a Hilton Honors member for 30+ years. Hilton continues to go down hill in my opinion.

I’ll always come back because of the exceptional customer service I’m a reoccurring guest at this hotel since I travel for work. The staff is the best and always goes above and beyond for guests. They give phenomenal customer service and it starts from the GM Terri, she’s the best. She’s the best hotel GM that I’ve ever met before. Both Terri the GM and Kasey are very kind and super helpful. And they both have such a bright and positive vibe that’s very welcoming. Terri and the owner of the hotel actually helped me dig my car out of the snow whenever it was buried in the snow. They all literally go above and beyond to accommodate you if you need them or need help in anyway. It’s like family away from home, which is super nice. And they all have very positive and optimistic personalities that will brighten your day and put a smile on your face after a long day. The hotel is very clean and rooms are nice. No complaints here and would recommend anyone else to do so as well. I love it and will continue to come back to stay.

Old hotel in desperate need of updates to keep their status as Hampton Inn This hotel is in desperate need of an update. I travel for work and spend at least 200 nights each year in hotels, mostly Hilton properties. I'm surprise that Hilton has not force this hotel to do updates. The hotel is old. There is no Business center, only a computer that is disconnected and no printer. A simple inspection from Hilton corporation will prompt this hotel to do the required maintenance and upgrades or loose their license to operate as Hampton Inn. As my work changes everyday and as Diamond member, Hilton is very flexible with me and allows me for late cancellations as I often need to go to a different city at the last moment notice. This hotel doesn't do that. It is either a failure from Hilton to enforce it or lack of cooperation from this hotel.

Hampton Inns are usually better than this. I have never given a Hampton Inn a 3 star rating, they have always been 4 or mostly a 5. The main reason we selected this one was because they had a pool only to find out that the pool has been closed for 3 years, yet somehow it still shows up on the search results. Kids were very disappointed in that. Rooms were clean, but the fitted sheets were too small and kept coming off the bed all night. Then, I hate to complain about a free breakfast, but Hampton Inn is normally on top of everything. This one was out of a lot of food, the milk was warm and the biscuits were hard to bite into to. We were down there fairly early and not running in at the last moment. I still love the Hilton name and will choose a Hampton over most, but I will avoid this one if I'm in the area again.
