Do not stay here Filthy, pool area was disgusting with only one area to sit and food on the floor surrounding that space. Room wasn’t clean, debris on the floor around the beds. Not one outside entrance was locked and secure, and room door didn’t completely latch. Breakfast was also disgusting, actually just left and went elsewhere at 7 am for breakfast with three kids. Says there’s a hot tub, restaurant on site, not true. If I paid $40 bucks for this, then I would have gotten my money’s worth, but $85 plus tax is a total ripoff

Thieves We stayed here August 15,2023. Hotel required cash deposit of $250( incidental fee) in addition to the $140 for the room. Room was dirty, carpet stained, cigarette burns on the furniture. Hair in the tub. Overall bad experience.Unfortunately all hotels in the area were booked due to events so we had to stay. Upon checkout we were unable to collect our deposit due to limited access to the safe per clerk. Required management access. Due to constraints in our schedule we were unable to wait for the manager to arrive. When we returned to pick up our deposit the manager stated they did not have our deposit and we had not given one despite our invoice and their email sent to us reminding us to pick it up . Police was contacted , report was made. Management conceded they did have our deposit but could not find it. To this date we still have not received the deposit back. Stay away! They are thieves..

Can’t beat for the price Only stayed one night The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was no fridge in the room but can’t beat for the price. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked pretty good. Would definitely stay here again.

It's slipping! I stayed here a few years ago and decided to give it another go. That wasn't a good idea. It's definitely going downhill. The check in was fine. The room itself wasn't bad, but there were other issues with it. The room only had one plastic water glass. That would have been fine, but housekeeping came in after the first night, restocked the towels, tossed the water glass, left the trash, and never returned for the rest of the three-night stay. That was weird. The clock radio didn't work, so I took it down the desk after the first night. Maintenance replaced it and set the time while I was out. That was good. What was bad was that they had the alarm turned on and woke me up at midnight the second night. I wasn't happy about that. The TV channel choices were a bit lean. The breakfast was highly mediocre. Then came the checkout. They left the safe warranty on the receipt after they said it would be removed at check in. It took way too many attempts and way too much time to remove it. The next time I stay in Port Huron, I'll go to the Comfort Inn instead.

GREAT hospitality DIRTY hotel. I must say the hospitality of the staff at this location was excellent. Huge shout out to Samone and Tonya who went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and improve our experience at what was otherwise a very poorly kept hotel. The rooms were very dirty , sheets were stained in some cases and the hotel itself looks very run down. The room keys never worked which was super frustrating. I do want to focus again on the positive and say that Samone, Tonya and Jermaine were wonderful and we wish them success in their futures.
