Ok for stopover, mostly used by workmen Clean hotel, nice staff but used by a lot of workmen so expect early morning noise and a lot of breakfast items had to be requested as they had been finished early and weren’t automatically topped up (including plates).

Terrible breakfast The hotel rooms and check in staff were great. My complaint was the breakfast. It was the worst we’ve ever had at a laquinta. They had sausage gravy but no biscuits there were only toast and bagels. The eggs had a slimy consistency and almost all the people eating when we were threw them away. There was no yogurt or fruit when we ate though there was some in the basket when we checked out. I don’t know what happen as some reviews said breakfast was great but what they had when we were there was almost inedible.

Owners and management beware Management and Owners please read: The rooms were comfortable. The lady who works the breakfast was very kind and friendly. The young lady and guy were on their phones or outside! The housecleaning staff were very good and our room was always clean with clean towels! There were a couple of incidents with the young lady who worked the counter in the mornings. I asked for hot water to make my tea. She looked at me as if I was asking her to do something wrong! She said “I’ll get it in a minute”. But her tone was that I was inconveniencing her! Another customer asked for coffee and the same lady begrudgingly brought it out and slammed it down on the tray it sits in. The customer said “thank you” and when the young lady walked off, she pushed a dining chair under the table very loudly! She needs some training on how to treat customers or she is going to run down your business! I liked the hotel and would return again but if this young girl is still here, I hope she’s had some training or has moved on! If this were my business, I’d want to know how my staff are doing when I’m not around.
