One night stay We stayed at this location only one night prior to relocating to another hotel, so our review needs to be read keeping that in mind. The people and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was great being right next to an outdoor mall with restaurants, shops and even a Starbucks. The room was sufficient, nothing fancy. The parking for the hotel is gated and closes every night to keep people out to prevent theft, so we’d recommend NOT keeping ANY belongings visible inside your car. In fact, we’d recommend that for anywhere. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary Trip My husband and I visited the Marriott and they really made us feel special and safe especially during a time when COVID 19 is present. Great service lovely ambiance and the food was decadent. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent, Room was immaculate and comfortable Our stay at Marriott's was amazing, service was excellent. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms was immaculate, food was great. Room service was also excellent. I took another family with me at your Hotel and they was amazed of the service received at Marriott's. I was at the Hotel in 2016 and returned in 2020 recently and there have been mass improvement with the ambiance and re-modelling of the facility. Due to Covid-19 there were many restrictions, but your staff made it very comfortable for our stay. I must acknowledge a few members of staff who displayed professionalism and exceptional customer service: Dinelle Rivers, Rachael Simon, Saloi Humphrey, Gina Wayow-Manning, Jolessa Lopez. They was really courteous and always willing to assist. But generally, our stay was exceptional and I would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back at Marriott's soon.

Excellent stay at the Marriott. Exceptional stay at the Marriott. Beautiful and ambiant atmosphere. Professional kind, and friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay here. Food absolutely delicious. Excellent room service. Excellent rooms. Beds and bathroom clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Remarkable Wonderful Staff clean hotel It was a sudden late night stay for my family & I on 21st-Upon arrival the rooms were already prepared, it was clean & extra amenities were offered. A late check out were offered free with no additional charges,breakfast was a variety of choices very satisfactory. The staff from the moment of our arrival to check out on both shifts inclusive of the restaurant staff were extremely pleasant,amicable & remarkably courteous, unfortunately I didn’t get the names of everyone but upon check out “Joleesa”! Thank you for a great stay and if given the opportunity again I ll definitely be taking back my family there! Mr Ramrattan
