Wanted me to climb under the sink to adjust water temperature and water would not turn off in the bathroom sink This is a horrible place to stay. I checked in with my husband and during the middle of the night I got up to use the bathroom and wash my hands. Turned on the sink and no hot water only cold, then realized the sink would not shut off. I called the front desk the following morning at 8am. No one answered during the night. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, and said he would come up to look at the sink. He came up and said no he could not get the water to turn off and that the hot water had been turned off from underneath the sink. The only way for me to get warm water is to go under the sink and adjust it each time I need it. This is crazy and I would never choo

Skip this place if you can In my previous stays, typically Baymonts have been reliable and clean. We didn’t even take off our shoes, the carpet in the room was old and filthy. The whole place smelled like marijuana and sweat. Very disappointed

Filthy hotel Look. I didn’t book this looking for the Plaza experience. But for the love—this was pathetic. A short summary of our experience: • Filthy floors (son’s feet were BLACK with dirt minutes after bathing) • Dirty sheets (we could tell they weren’t changed because the blanket was shoved down under the sheet to the foot of the bed, meaning it had just been re-made and not changed after the last guest) • One room reeked of marijuana • Another room reeked of onions • Grab and go breakfasts included severely bruised fruit and gas station donuts • Black mold on the shower curtain • Tub had a dip and a soft spot in it that dipped each time we stepped in • We had to practically beg for towels. We needed new towels every day because the bathroom fans were not working, and therefore the bathrooms stayed damp and towels wouldn’t dry. • None of the outlets would hold a charger without it falling out • Elevator stopped working several times and once my family (including my elderly grandfather) almost got stuck in it • TV didn’t work in one of our rooms • Pool and pool area was filthy • One of the “sealed” coffee cups had a coffee stain on it, meaning it was used and then put back • If anyone needed anything in the hotel, and the front desk clerk needed to step away to assist, there was no one there to help with check in. For example, we asked for a rollaway bed for our toddler, and while she looked for that, no one was there to run the desk. As a result, the family right after us waited an HOUR for check in, presumably while the poor woman looked for a rollaway bed. The poor woman at the front desk (Colletta, I think?) was doing her best, but we saw that there was literally no one else working there except for one front desk staff and one assistant at a time, so we didn’t bother trying to get these issues resolved while we were there. It was a holiday weekend, hotels were booked to the max, so we had no choice. When my family wrote reviews to this end, they were told that it was basically on us because we didn’t complain in the MOMENT. Forgive us for trying not to insult the one poor woman at that run down joke of a hotel just trying to keep up with what is obviously a job for many people. We saw that the entire hotel was filthy; we knew asking for a new room would have been futile, and assumed that we could speak to corporate without being patronized about what we “should” have done. That, and the fact that, well, it’s “COVID,” and so this is just the new norm. I’m sick and tired of COVID being the go-to excuse whenever service is horrible. If your hotel is not staffed enough to ensure a CLEAN experience at a MINIMUM, then you ought not be open. The lack of breakfast services (which wasn’t mentioned when we booked the hotel), lack of cleaning, and even the lack of towels was blamed on COVID (there’s a big sign on the check-in desk); meanwhile all the guests are staying in literal filth and that’s acceptable? I’ve done a LOT of traveling, and I’m by no means a hospitality snob. I’ve stayed in all manner of hotels in many states and countries; I’ve stayed in some of the lowest rung motels in a pinch. This, my friends, is the DIRTIEST experience I’ve ever had. Bar NONE. This is disgraceful.

Convenient, not clean We picked this hotel due to the location in proximity to the hospital and it being part of Wyndham since we recently joined their vacation club. We usually stay in Hiltons. It was very disappointing. The place is in need of a major cleaning or updating. It was over run with pets and smelled like it. The bathrooms were very outdated with poor plumbing. Our second key card didn’t work for either of the rooms the attendant changed us too. The pool was cloudy and filthy looking and carpet everywhere was gross. Would not stay here again, even if it cost $75 a night.
