Great service Mary checked us in and out and was great!!! We arrived early , 1am, on June 27 and checked out early, 4am, on June 30. She made our start and finish so nice. We have great memories of our trip because of her. Mary took great care of us! Thank you Mary!

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds and great staff. We stayed for a family weekend. I called in advance to see what they could do as I’m using a walker and my daughter in-law is in a walking boot. They arranged for us to be on a lower floor , close to the elevator. The kids flew in the morning after us and I had asked if early check in was possible. They arranged it. The staff were all very kind. Our rooms were clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. If you have a car they charge for parking in the parking garage across from the entrance. The hotel has three places to get food. We’ll stay there again.

Great check in after a tough travel day. Thank you Mary! Checked in at 2:15 a.m. after a challenging trip with plane delays. Mary, who checked me in, was wonderful and made my hard day much better. She patiently answered my questions about the hotel and conference center. When she offered me a warm cookie I was surprised there were any available at this time in the morning and so nice to end the day this way! Room is beautiful and this looks like the nicest Doubletree I’ve stayed at.

Overall enjoyable Our stay had both positives and negatives. We loved how convenient the hotel was with public transportation and how spacious the rooms were. We also loved being given vegan options for the cookies. A mini fridge was brought up as soon as we requested which was really nice. Service at the bar was great and they have a nice happy hour. Our room included two breakfast vouchers a day and that was disappointing since we had 4 people total, so two people would just wait to eat lunch later (two were vegan and it wouldn’t make sense for them to pay for an entire buffet or use up the two vouchers, we mostly wanted to be able to hang out with our friends and enjoy breakfast together). We still enjoyed our stay, I just really dislike non-logical policies.
