Everything went Smoothly Wife and I were here for 1 night before our OR coastal Drive during July 4th Weekend. The hotel was super easy to find. There were plenty of parking spaces for free. We checked into our room via the app and was given a Bluetooth digital key via the app. We didn't talk to a single person, and we prefer it this way. The room was clean with ample space to have in room dinner for 2. The bed was comfortable. WiFi worked the entire stay. The bathroom amenities suffice. Overall it prob just need a facelift to keep up with modern times. But we had a good night sleep here. It's just a consistent experience in all Sheratons except this one's decor. is a bit outdated. We will def. be back, no complaints.

Been coming here for over 25 years! We are locals and for over 25 years we have been staying here the night prior to leaving from the airport the next day. Trips and vacations wouldn't be the same without making this our first stop. We leave our car there if we are going to be away for less than week and use the shuttle to get back and forth. Cocktails and dinner that night and then a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. We have always found it clean and the staff to be professional and friendly. I do, however, wish there was a second chair in the room.

Far below what I would expect from a Sheraton, and very outdated hotel. Very busy hotel that is way overdue for an upgrade. Rooms are very small, and it's the only hotel I can remember in years and years of travel, that didn't have a desk. What the heck does a business traveler do without a desk? Room carpet was sticky, and my feet were filthy after walking around room. The crud came off my feet in the shower. Front desk is unorganized. The gentleman that checked me in, had instructions for me written down, and it wasn't until I asked him questions, he realized I was the person he had written things down for. He then made my key, even though my key had already been made. The lobby was too bright and loud and had an unwelcoming feel to it. The gift shop/market didn't have anyone working inside, so purchases had to be taken to the restaurant or front desk to pay for it. The room had the upgraded television system with on-demand viewing, but the Showtime system didn't work, and no one knew how to fix it. The engineer that arrived to look at it, is shared between 4 other properties and didn't have any knowledge on how to even troubleshoot it. Only 1 very small restaurant on site, and always had to wait for a table. Food was OK, but very overpriced steak that was super thin for $34. I was given a complimentary breakfast and dinner as compensation for a problem with my room, and then I remembered I already had access to the Club Lounge, so the breakfast certificate was pointless. When I called with a concern about part of the television system not working, the agent offered me another free breakfast, I told her I already had two coming, and really didn't need a third. The elevators should have been replaced years ago. Half the buttons didn't work and one elevator was not working at all. After checking out, never received my emailed copy of room receipt, and it wouldn't download from the Bonvoy app either. Teresa, Teddy and Isaiah, were all very pleasant and accommodating, but this hotel is far below the standards of what I expect from a Sheraton. Building is very unappealing from the exterior. Very, very disappointing stay.

Mixed felling about this property Was here for a meeting in mid July. They did meet my most important criteria of being clean and well maintained. Being about 150 yards from a main runway of the airport it was well sound proofed That being said many areas of the property are tired and in need of updating. One of the elevators was out of service for the six days that I was there which made for along wait during busy times The rooms are a decent size however the bathrooms are small and you have to step next to the toilet to close the door The pillows were worn out sacks of feathers and need to be replaced.. This was a economy trip and I did not rent a car.. There are no restaurants that are within reasonable walking distances, and there is only one bar/restaurant on the property that is good but over priced. Over all the is a average property and I would consider it again if I was in the area

Terrible plumbing, trash outside overflowing, terribly managed Terrible hotel- water dangerously cycles between cold and scalding hot. Was not repaired as requested. The back entrance had the same rotting food trash overflowing for the whole weekend! Also the club lounge was nothing more than basic packaged chemical-filled food and the restocking was lacking. For breakfast, there was an empty case of yoghurt and four eggs, which were soft boiled and unpeelable. Housekeeping was lacking and the housekeeping manager was rude. Would not recommend.
