Great Beds! Great People! Will be back soon! Stayed in a King Room and the bed was SO comfortable. The breakfast had waffles and a variety of simple choices as well. The price can't be beat and the staff is very friendly. We had to check in late, and had no problems at all. The room was clean and the large TV was a bonus we did not expect. We have stayed at other Hotels in Post Falls, and this one, by far, is our favorite. All in all, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back the next time we travel to this area.

Got worse & worse & WORSE, SO BAD! I visited this hotel after a long trip back from Glacier National Park, and I looked at the reviews beforehand that said the hotel was fine. We got there, and we got into the first room. The entire hallway reeked smelt, terrible, like body odor cigarettes and musty sour mold ( first red flag) got into the first room looked around and the bed was stained with either beer, urine or vomit stains. The nightstand next to the bed, it had something white and sticky dripping all over it down to the ground. There were brown splatter gunk all over the wall of the shower... looked like fecal, and there were still spit marks in the sink. There was fur and popcorn on the room chair. It was pretty disgusting. There were also makeup stains on the pillowcases. I kid you not, I can't make this up... We went to the front and asked for new sheets and a new comforter, Two gentlemen, I think father and son came in and changed our sheets out and blanket. After sitting there, contemplating for about ten minutes, we went back to ask for a refund and just leave... she said we couldn't, but would trade us into a different room. It was on the lower level, it smelled a little better on that level, but when we got into the room and looked at the sheets, it was soaked with urine stains and had black and brown marks on the bottom part of the comforter with pen marks all over it... We even have photos of it. It was absolutely disgusting. I finally went up there. This was, I think, the 3rd time going up to the front desk to try to find a solution, and she finally said fine. I'll give you a refund after she originally said she couldn't give us a refund she finally gave it to us the cash, and we left.... Also a side note, I think it's a big family that lives there, and when they came to change our bed sheets for the first room (we appreciated that) but they had extremely bad body order.... I dont always smell the best, but our entire room smelled like body odor...

Do NOT stay at this hotel! It’s unfortunate. This place was bad. The room looked dirty. The towels looked dirty. The TV didn’t even work. And when you tried getting a remote, it wasn’t even the room. You had to go down and ask for one and they were all in a big drawer which didn’t match the correct TV. No one could figure out a simple remote. So no TV. The main lobby was hot. No AC. The only AC was in the room. Unfortunately no one spoke good English, so communication was a major issue. It needs a major upgrade or shut down. I think I’ll sleep in the car first before coming back here. Although, as the old saying goes ‘you get what you paid for’.

You’d be better off sleeping in your car 9:30 at night trying to sleep. Loud Obnoxious activity in the pool area across the hall from room 144. Opened door and stated just loudly enough to be heard above the noise “people are trying to sleep” 5 minutes later the “owner” “manage” tells me to leave. My response, “call the police if you want me to leave” Police arrive, inform me that he (owner manager) is a known problem in this community. When leaving, his entire family (those that were making the noise) are in the lobby grinning and leering at us as we leave. Manager puts on refund receipt that I was disrespectful to other “guests” I was not and the other guests were his Rude family. He is a LIAR. We were put out at 10:00 PM Friday 01Sep23 on Labor Day weekend. Had to spend the night in our car at a rest stop. I am considering legal action for breach of contract.

Buyer Beware I think hotels need to have a warning if they are accepting money from a government entity to allow people to live at their facility. We stayed there two nights, just a mother and her daughter, and it didn’t feel safe. My daughter was concerned about brown stains on the comforter. The breakfast was not acceptable either. There were no proteins available, only sugar. The worst part though was waking up to the feint scent of dog crap. We did not have a dog in our room, but this is a pet friendly hotel and the room below us did have a pet in their room.
