Baymont by Wyndham Prattville/Montgomery

Adequate room This is an old motel that has been renovated. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Not in the category of much more expensive hotels but it served our purposes. It is newly renovated. The breakfast was adequate with waffles, boiled eggs and muffins. We would stay again.

The room was okay, kind of below average. A lot of little things needing repair but didn't really affect my stay. Breakfast was We chose Baymont thinking we would have a nice room and a good breakfast. The room was okay not great but okay. The breakfast was probably the worst breakfast I have ever served in a hotel in my many years of traveling. There were three apples and two of them were rotten and one had a hole in it. They had very very limited food. There was nothing that I would eat that was set out for hotel guests. I even asked if they were not finished putting their food out because it was so limited and nasty. I was told that was what they offer. I asked her where the nearest supermarket was that I could possibly go have a deli sandwich made because the food was disgusting. I made my reservation online and when I arrived at the hotel they up charged me with some trumped-up BS story. I probably would never stay at this property again and I don't think it should be classified a Baymont Inn and Suites. I definitely would not stay at this property again. There are so many other options.

Disgusting The most disgusting hotel i have ever been in. Before the rude owner gets on here to ask why i stayed in such a disgusting place(thats what im seeing him do on other reviews) it’s because we drove 10 hours from Indiana and arrived at 11 pm and my husband needed to sleep for awhile and had already paid online. But let me tell you im here right now wide awake while he sleeps because im so grossed out. The chair in corner looks like it has decomp stains, the lamp is covered in something disgusting, the ceiling looks like its about to cave in and it is not clean. Trying to suck it up but just wow! This place is a literal sh*thole.

Disappointing.. definitely give it a pass We have stayed at many Wyndham properties over the past 15 years, and this was the worst. Sheets, chair, and carpet were stained , and the refrigerator did not have a freezer section. When we told the front desk, we were told they would make note of it. Breakfast was inedible. The only cups were miniature...for syrup. Sausage appeared uncooked. Boiled, shelled eggs fell apart when you attempted to pick them up. Coffee was powdered, instant, but again, no cup. No toast, bagels, or rolls. Pool was closed for the season...with 90 degree weather. On the positive side .the daytime desk clerk was very helpful. .

Invisible Pet Fee Was accused of having a pet in the room, I was there on TDY on military orders and couldn't have brought a pet. The manager chose to assess a pet fee, even when asked to remove it as I didn't have a pet or any animal with me. Not LGBTQIA friendly and will charge random fees.
