Not bad, not fantastic. The room was very nice as in it was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was a little disturbed that the chain lock/swing lock was missing, meaning the room had been broken into before. I put a chair in front of the door as it was very loud in the hallway. The breakfast was bread, packaged donuts that never get replaced and juice. Pretty disappointed about that but it is technically breakfast. The first sign when walking in said that the spa was permanently closed. I'd stay here again if in the area. Although I would bring my own juice (they didn't have orange) and bagels.

Not the Best Value Old faded motel. The people operating this place are very nice, but the property is really rough and not kept up. A bit dirty too. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was gross. The breakfast was non-existent. I would not stay here again. Wouldn't have this time if not for the weather.

Disgusted Woke up, and noticed my arm was kinda itchy. But didn't think a whole lot of it. Then as the hours went by after checkout, it's still itching, and there are definitely unmistakable bed bug bites. As someone who has actually had bed bugs for a long time being poor, this is actually a pretty traumatizing experience. I called the front desk, and let them know whatchad happened a d the guy actually laughed at me. I was completely respectful over the phone, and he laughed and hung up so he didn't have to actually take responsibility and either clean the room, or reimburse me for my experience and now possibly infecting all of my belongings with bed bugs. I'm completely disgusted with the reaction form the establishment. I would avoid this motel at all cost.

Reminded me of a dirty third world country hotel Second stay in two years and never again. This hotel was dirty a couple of years ago and worse this time. It was so dirty, we decided to check the bed sheets to see if they were clean. We saw lint on the top sheet and found two different peoples hair. Being the area hotels were sold out, we had no choice but to clean the room and replace the sheets. The front desk gave us another set that were washed but had huge stains. The hotel hallways had dirty and dried mud. Our room hall way walls were sticky with sugared soda. We wiped everything down, when we noticed pubic hair and large urine stains on and around the toilet. See photos. Our first warning should have been the condition of the front lobby, huge boxes of supplies stacked and lobby not usable. The lobby rest room, breakfast food area and swimming pool were also dirty. In summary, this is not acceptable or comfortable, didn't sleep well. I would think after a year of virus pandemic that all hotels be inspected, super clean and spot free. A good thing is plenty of other hotels in the area.

Pretty expensive for a cheap place There is nothing positive to say except it was quiet. The room was shabby. The refrigerator was on some kind of tray and the door rubbed against a lip every time you opened it. The sink area outside the toilet/shower was so narrow you could bump your elbow on the wall. The bed creaked (I was alone). Everything was on the cheap—shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, Kleenex, toilet paper. And I had to request another roll. I had better quality stuff in Mexico. And anyone who knows Mexican paper products will get this! I lived in Prescott for 5 years and needed a place to stay for one night due to moving out of state. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. Nothing much for less than $200/night. Wonder if I would have coughed up a little more if I would have had a better hotel. For $180, I should have slept on my floor. And not even a crappy continental breakfast which was part of the amenities. I felt bad for the man checking in in front of me. He was obviously in construction on a job. Four nights was nearly $800. What a rip off,
