Phenomenal Hospitality & Service Last week we hosted a retreat for 30 couples at the Marriot Forrestal. Words cannot describe the level of service we received, from the beginning stages of planning the event with Mario to the event itself with the help of Lori and the hotel staff. They were so accommodating and easygoing that it made our event run very smoothly and successfully! The hotel's location with its amazing ambiance and a great team made this retreat a success on many levels. Thank you!!!

Grateful for hospitality I stayed 3 days at this property, checking out today. During my stay, the service by employees was top notch. Specifically, Angela Mola, Mike Marino, Mo in food beverage, and the evening bar/food staff went above and beyond. Michael and Angela were professional, more than accommodating, and exemplified superb hospitality to ensure their property had Covid appropriate work spaces for me and my colleague. When traveling to Princeton in the future, I will be back! Thank you!

Has gone downhill With the exception of very good front desk service, our experience here was disappointing compared to earlier stays. The hotel doesn't offer 24-hour coffee (it starts at 7:00 am), so we were not happy to find, the first morning, only 1 pack of caffeinated coffee in the room. The second night, the air conditioner started making a horrible squealing noise, and because the maintenance people never showed up to fix it, we had to change rooms - and were offered no compensation for our trouble. The second morning we found no caffeinated coffee either in our room or available at the front desk. The phones in both rooms seemed to be disconnected - we had no dial tones and could not reach the front desk except by going downstairs in person. On the plus side - the staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the D&R canal path, a beautiful walking/jogging/cycling path.

Incredible Bar Mitzvah weekend We hosted our son's Bar Mitzvah weekend at the Marriott at Forestall. The hotel was perfection in every way. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is clean and fresh, rooms were clean, lobby area is airy, comfortable and inviting. We couldn't have had a better experience with the staff there; Lori, Director of Events, was available for us went out of her way for us and our guests the entire weekend. Lori is a superstar - when something wasn't perfect, she went out of her way to help us and didn't wait for her staff to fix it. In anticipation of the event, Mario was accommodating to all our requests and worked with us. Larry the bellman was the sweetest, made our guests feel like there were coming home. If you are considering any family event, or hosting a group, this is the place you want to be!

Best place in Princeton! We came with our family for the weekend and could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. The staff is phenomenal, especially Lori who took care of everything we needed! Def recommend!
