Terrible DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worst hotel experience I’ve had EVER while traveling. Refrigerator & tv in room did not work properly, paper thin walls, and rude management. On top of everything you must valet your car for $40/night with no self park option. That is somewhat fine until you go down to retrieve your car and there is a LINE of 7+ people who also need their car because of their terrible valet system. So, if you are looking for a hotel where you must wait 20+ minutes for your car and get no sleep at night, hotel providence is for you!

You will feel uneasy staying here The air conditioner barely kept the room cold, the rooms are dated, and the amount of homeless people that hangout around the hotel outside because the homeless shelter is across the street makes you feel uneasy. I saw a homeless women shoot up herself with heroin on the steps of the building across the street.

Very pleasant reception Just left a business reception and the staff was great! Justin, Jairo, and Sebastian were efficient and kind. I very much enjoyed my time there. The hotel is also pleasant and very convenient to the conference center. The next time I'm in town I will be staying there.

Bartenders Justin and Jairo were amazing bartenders! Wonderful experience at an amazing hotel. Food was great. Sebastian keep the good desserts available for us during the entire event her at hotel Providence. Can't wait to come back again. And Devon was awesome!

Great spot! Adrianna and Raquel were amazing! So welcoming and helped us navigate the area as needed! The valet team also was responsive and friendly. We also were welcomed by every staff member we encountered. When in Providence for a short stay, we will certainly come back here!
